Very effective.

Okay so first of all, my usual cycles were between 100-150 days which is incredibly long. I’ve been taking this for two months now and my last cycle was 43 days and this cycle is 31. I have never had such regular periods in my life. I can’t say much on the fertility aspect as I have not been actively trying to conceive. They are quite big pills so I tend to break them in half to swallow them otherwise I sometimes struggle. I am amazed at the difference this has had to my cycles and will absolutely buy them again when I am running out. If you are looking to try and help your hormones and cycle be more regular I CANNOT recommend this product enough it has done wonders for me.

This product normalised my period within a month where it had been irregular for a year, have had no irregularities since; So overall, great quality product with no side effects for me ! (noticed that I felt more calm and energised while taking it too)

Product seems fine but I can't seem to get pregnant. 4 stars since that isn't really the fault of the product.

I have been taking a myo-inositol supplement (another brand) for several years and have found a really good rhythm of 30-40 day cycle (after having a very unpredictable cycle my whole life - sometimes up to 3 months no bleed) and as soon as I took this I skipped a period. Currently on day 43 with no period & my basal temp is showing no signs of ovulation this month either. I can only assume it’s this as I’ve only been taking it for the last month. I can see it’s worked for others but it just goes to show that everyone’s bodies are different & not one size fits all. Also, this one has a very appealing brand positioning & elevated price makes you feel like it’ll work which is sad for me 🥲 as it definitely doesn’t. I’d just started my conceiving journey and this really knocked me for 6 as missed a whole month of ovulation.

33 years old, I started taking MyOva preconception 6 months before trying to conceive to help with egg quality. It also helped me lose a few pounds gained from the pandemic after 3 months of using. Started trying in Dec 2022 and was not successful. January 2023 was successful but bled due to stress (working 80 hour weeks) and running fast to catch a train (bled right after this). February 2023 was successful, it’s still early but thought I’d share how MyOva improved my chances of conceiving!

Hello! It's dose not work for me at all !It's messed up my body!My Period went from okey to really bad!And I don't even want to talk about the tummy problem what it's called so I've stop using it!So Just to be aware of it before you buy it !It's quite expensive really large tablets and that is a minus as well for me !I'm sorry it's may work from somepeople but not for me !!For me it's made everything even worse!!

PROS: After 2 years without a period and horrific intensifying PCOS symptoms including weight gain, I was desperate for relief as well as needing some help ttc. I trialled the original MyOva with no success. However this brand brought on ovulation within two weeks then brought on a period just two weeks later!! I feel like my body is back in fertile mode with all the typical ovulation signs around ovulation. Appetite has decreased. My PMS symptoms are not as intense. CONS: These tablets taste unpleasant and they are difficult to swallow. Sometimes they make me gag but I will keep taking them to conceive. I had a mild-moderate headache the first 1/2 weeks when adjusting to these vitamins, that has completely disappeared since. I take 4 tablets a day (started on two for 2 weeks) and will update here if/when we get a positive test!
