great quality - perfect as a body (especially back) scrubby washcloth. Please note when dry it feels very very rough, but when wet and soapy it is softer and works great. Also Salux brand (type #100) is also a great scrubby but finer (less abrasive - I use it on my face). I highly recommend both. Just hang to dry, will not mildew. they can be washed in washing machine. I have tried other brands of nylon washcoths but found they they were too soft (no scrubby texture) but also dries quickly and no mildew.

This is exactly what I was looking for--I wanted something that could do gentle exfoliation and then go turbo hardcore mode if I was feeling like rubbing sandpaper on me. This is great because you can apply gentle force or just really dig in and customize your exfoliating experience. I like the design in that you can go all weird with it and do some flossing-style cleaning with it or you can bunch it up like a handheld loofah, or even fold it and use it like a normal washcloth. This is perfect for my face, my head, my back, and really all the stuff in that Ow'E Jive song (you know which one). I have no idea what material it is made out of (I did not translate the packaging and didn't read the description too closely here) but it feels EXTREMELY durable. It is very easy to wring and hang to dry. I feel like this has a long lifetime before it needs to be replaced and it would probably be recommended to replace it before it actually breaks down--not that it collects bacteria or holds water etc but I feel that this would last long enough to be left to the future generations in a will like a tortoise. And nobody wants to inherit a tortoise. Or a washcloth for that matter. Anyhow it's great and I use it often and I feel extremely smooth afterwards.

This an amazing product for exfoliating and softening your skin. It is excellent for dark elbows and knees. It is reusable and easy to clean and dry. I love this product

I got hooked on this towel while in Japan. It took a few tries to find a truly ‘hard’ one, and this item was it. The other towels I ordered said they were hard but were so at first and got soft and slippery after one use. This towel has that invigorating abrasive texture that makes you really feel clean and scrubbed. I fold it several times, soap it lightly (takes a lot less soap than a terry towel), rub it together until foamy, and get to work. Unroll and use the length to get your back and shoulders, rinse, wring, and hang. The only way these wear out is the hem starts to come undone. I just re-hem it. When it comes time to refresh/replace, we use the old ones for travel. When traveling, it’s so easy to roll it in a towel right after a shower to blot out residual moisture, and it’ll be dry enough to pack. Highly recommend if you like the truly hard style wash cloth!

Once you use these, you'll likely never go back to anything else. To start fold it up and wash your front, arms, legs etc. Then unfold, grab one end in each hand, and scrub your back, exactly like you use a towel to dry off. Your back will definitely be cleaner than ever before, because you'll get a complete scrub all over it, even the hardest to reach places normally. Try not to let it be in the direct line of the shower spray when you're using it, as that would of course quickly wash the soap off. It does sud up nicely. When finished washing, just rinse it clean under the water, and hang dry, it will dry quickly. You can even wash it in the washing machine. But don't put it in the dryer, just hang it instead. Again, it dries very quickly. I've been using this for a few months now, and have ordered 2 more of different colors. This is the hardest one and I find I like it, but there is actually a smoother version that's slightly smaller and is also cheaper. I have not tried those yet, I just like these so much I don't even bother to switch. I do think the grey and blue ones look a bit better, but that's personal preference. Also they both look almost the same shade too. A really great loofah might feel a tad better, although won't clean as well and it will be harder to get your back. But the problem with loofahs is it's very hard to find a really great one and they need to be replaced and sanitized too often. So for me these are the only bathing tool I will be using going forward, unless I somehow find something even better.

This is a very generous size. I cut it into thirds, "hemmed" it with fabric glue, and can still do my back with any of the 3 pieces. Wonderful roughness to get deep clean to avoid blackheads and decrease pores on face. Just ordered another one. Love how fast it dries, unlike cloth washcloths.

I purchased these on Amazon because of the material and color. A previous purchase had no color option and I rated it a 5 star! When I went back to reorder, this came up. In white. Although I won't be using these right now and giving one away, I can't fully give the same stars. I'm going to trust these will work as I expected too.

It’s perfect. Just get it. (Thick girl with olive skin tone that likes to be clean) I’ve never had an experience with an exfoliation like this. It’s a little on he rough side (obviously) but it’s like a magic eraser for your skin.

I really like using it. I've been looking for a good scrub for a long time. I'm thrilled!

Why aren't these more popular in the UK? This is the only way to clean yourself.
