Atomic Mass Games Star Wars X-Wing: Skystrike Academy Squadron Pack

fantastic game that is satisfying and tactical. it is a pricey game to get into but this base set is not too bad for 30 quid and honestly you can get so much enjoyment out of just this set. you can play this with more than two players, with each player controlling a ship each. it's not too difficult to learn and has a lot of depth even if you dont buy any other ships.

This is a super starting point for entry into X-wing gaming which is an amazing game. This is the latest version (2nd edition) and has 3 ships in it. This is enough for you to play very basic matches using the escalation system (where one ship is used again when it is defeated). You will need to buy more expansions in order to play a 'normal' version of x-wing but this is a great starting point to play with family or just to try it out and see if you like it. As usual, Fantasy Flight provide great components and the painting on the ships is awesome :)

Ordered during the week and arrived as one of three packages on Saturday morning. Well packaged by Amazon and the product box protected the item well - a bit too well as not easy to get the plastic model out without a knife or scissors. The model and associated cards etc. are good and the model will look good on the games table.

The Lando’s Millennium Falcon Expansion Pack is a really nice model I am using for the Star Wars D20 saga system for my RPG Group , Fantasy Flight Games do really nice models for the Star Wars Universe. I recommend this model or any Star Wars RPG game from D6 version to the D20 one.

I bought this for a friend - by pure luck it was for the correct version of the game, apparently the older models + contents aren't compatible with the newer version of the game. Seems expensive to me for a small plastic model (Star wars or not!), but If you enjoy the core game i'm sure you'll get the use from it. Best feature is the removable front nose, which is also a standalone ship. Would be five star, but the price could be better, licensing fee's clearly pushing the price up!

I was suggested to play this game by a friend in the states. As a Star Wars fan I was interested. I have never really played any table top games so this was a first. Great starter set and value for money. Myself and the partner have played a few games now and Ive begun to buy addons. Be careful this soon becomes an addictive hobby!

They look great Came in early Slightly over priced though, felt I was being gouged.

Es una figura bella, y muy funcional si pretendes jugar en el tablero de Xwing que le dará molestia al contrincante. SI lo tuyo es la colección, esta figura No es muy común derivado de que su aparición fue en una serie animada NO SALE EN LA TRILOGIA ORIGINAL, ni en la precuela, ni en las ultimas películas (dato para coleccionistas). Aun asi esta muy detallada y tiene un alto grado de detalle.

A well made and painted model. Medium class ship so bigger than most star wars x-wing miniatures. Nice detail and fun to "fly"

The detail on this model is just amazing! You can see all the reinforcements of armor on this ship. The paint job is so well done. It is fascinating how much this ship stands out compared to other ship models. As for its gameplay mechanics. It’s Beefy. The rotating cannon is such a nice feature on the model and looks awesome when playing. This ship is pure fun! I wasn’t going to buy it because I thought it wouldn’t be competitive enough, but I was wrong. It is fun to fly this ship win or lose. If you are an imperial player, I recommend this ship 100%.

A must have for your separatist fleet!
