Mini Hand Saw Model Craft Blade Tools Razor Set 2 Handles with 12 Craft Blade Model Tool Hobby for Cutting Parts

As a model building enthusiast I require precision tools that are equivalent to those used by surgical professionals. The quality of the various blades, saws and handles are more than capable of producing exceptional results as the sharpness of the blades are equivalent to "a hot knife through butter" when used to cut plastic parts. I also like the quantity of each piece provided in the set , nothing like not having more than enough blades when needed.

Awful. Not sure what these are intended to cut, but nothing I've tried. Flimsy and dull, a total waste. I was very very disappointed.

Saws work but are thin. They are good for softer material foam, cardboard , balsa wood etc. Bought the set for working on my model ship. Had to buy heavy duty set to be able to saw. The set is good but for light material.

Great for getting into small spaces but the blades are a little Flimsy

The blades are cut out of a piece of photo-etched steel, which isn't hard, but you have to watch bending the edges when doing so. For hobby use, this saw can come in handy. Certainly the kerf is narrow enough, which is why I bought it. But it's also really flimsy. You can saw okay by pulling the saw blade through the material, but when pushing, the blade bends SO easily, it's almost impossible to saw without bending it. Add that to the fact that the blade does not fit securely into the holder (it is difficult to tighten, and even once tightened, loosens up and tilts 30 degrees during use. The blade holder portion is just not designed to fit the blades well. The blade teeth are bi-directional, which is good, so as I said, it at least saws some by pulling. Still, there are times when you need a really narrow kerf in a confined space, and they do help with that, if you're patient. The blades are really no thinner than normal hobby saws (about .008"), but the larger saw blade along with the reinforcement on hobby saws help so much. Plus there's a tiny set to the teeth on them (max width about .010"). Without that reinforcement, they're a challenge. I'd thought that the shorter blades set would be better, but the teeth are only on the ends of the blades, which is a very difficult position to saw, and of course have the same problems. So I guess I'm glad I bought them; I'm sure they'll come in handy some day. Just have to keep my expectations low and have an extra helping of patience at that time.

This set is sturdy and overall a good set. My husband loves how the tools have a little flexibility when using.

Cheap and blades very flimsy. Blades are super thin and bend very easily. Couldn’t see you doing anything with them really. Bend at first touch or use.

Excelente tamaño del mango y su mecanismo de agarre de las sierras. El problema de las sierras que son muy largas y delgadas y con facilidad se doblan. Utilice dos para cortar madera de un kit de barco y se doblaron. Tuve que usar el extremo de la sierra que se conecta con el mango para terminar el trabajo.
