I use these for accents of color in open shelving. They look great and you can mix/match the patterns on one shelf to another its a nice motif for open shelving and protecting lower cuboards under the sink or cutting area. They look good folded up on a counter for a quick mop up for a small spill. They don't shrink in the dryer but may come out a bit wrinkled but they can be smoothed out and look great. It's a Do It!!

When things were made well. Terry cotton leaves lint. We've used thin cotton dish towels like these since I can remember. They last almost forever. These are like those wonderful homey towels from way back. I'm only 67, so just my opinion. And they ARE absorbent, if they are 100% Cotton. Microfiber has put a lot of people in a trance. Microfiber is plastic, just like polyester. Those are NOT absorbent. AND, if the color fades, it's real cotton. Plastic doesn't fade like that, just slowly melts into itself. So fading does not bother me, since they are a tool, not a decoration. I love these towels!

Took a star away because two of the towels are just plain bad and smaller than the other ones. I just use them as dust rags. The other towels are nice.

Cute towels, however as noted in some other reviews, they shrunk quite a bit after the first washing. Many had some frayed threads and the color bled on 2 of the towels. They are also not very absorbent.Quality issues aside, they are cute!

These towels, In great colors, are very absorbent and a nice thickness. I love them in my kitchen!
