Great product
Bought these for my elderly mum. They do a great job - no leaks and nice and soft. Easy to get on and the rip side seams make removal much easier.

Happy with this purchase
I was going to order the Sunkiss Protective Underwear, the grey ones, but they were to be delivered in two weeks. I couldn’t wait that long, so I opted for SUNKISS TrustPlus Incontinence Pants for Men and Women, and made the order. I was delighted with the result. The first thing that came to mind was the comfort. Then thickness. The absorbency is excellent, for few drops. As I didn’t experience tough situations. Yet. That goes for durability, hold capacity and protection level. Over all, the product is excellent, for the time being, and I’m, definitely, ordering again.

Very absorbent
Make sure you give them the correct size,because they sent me the wrong size twice ( too small) so I cut them into pads and they were amazing.Very absorbent and hold a lot without leakage.Great for overnight use too.

Not the best for heavy incontinence
Quick and easy order and delivery, but not the best of pull ups. Pad is not as thick as another brand I usually buy, so moisture retention and hold is not great for heavy incontinence. Will not buy again, as only bought as I couldn't get another product sooner.

Lovely soft material.
These pants are lovely and soft ....no ridge's in material to cause discomfort. Very absorbent . No leakage . Breathable ..... I seem in-between sizes . The S/M are too small . The L ( Large ) are roomy , although still comfortable. Better than a famous high street brand . l found they've changed the materials causing an uncomfortable rash ...... Highly recommend these SUNKISS pants for comfort and softness. .

Comfortable and efficient
These are the best pull-ups used by our local main hospital when I was recently there. It is always worth having a packet in the store room for the odd emergency and an essential supply for anyone on long time medical drugs.
