This stuff has truly proven to be effective. I started using it just after my cleaning and check up. Choose not to review until after the next appointment. So, gums have stopped bleeding teeth are whiter and seem much stronger. On exam a periodontist student checked my mouth said that oral health was excellent. Six months after starting I feel great and no signs of irritation in mouth. They taste great but be careful around small children do to the fact that they taste like candy. Great probiotic dissolves quickly

About five months ago, I started my Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth. For anyone who is not familiar with the process, wearing these aligners requires their removal and brushing of teeth EVERY time you eat or drink something aside from water. Given that I occasionally like to snack between meals, it quickly turned into a whole lot of brushing. As my teeth started to get whiter from the constant brushing, my breath in turn started to worsen and my mouth became exceptionally dry. No matter how much water I drank, brushed, flossed and used mouthwash, my breath just seemed to get worse. I became very self-conscious when talking to others and started to avoid close contact. One day I remembered some articles I had read in the past which talked about the importance of having good bacteria in your mouth. Given the excessive amount of oral hygiene I had performed in recent months, I finally put two and two together and suspected that I had successfully killed off all the good bacteria in my mouth, hence causing the terrible (sour) breath along with severe dryness. I then remembered these oral probiotics I had used in the past and decided to give them a shot. Boy am I glad I did! I kid you not, but shortly after allowing the first tablet to slowly dissolve in my mouth, my breath was instantly neutralized and actually smelled fresh!!! I could not believe it! In the past I would perform a "breath smell test" by simply licking a part of my arm, allowing it to dry and then smell to see if it was bad. It always was, but after taking only a single one of these chewable probiotics, the smell is gone! If you suffer from bad breath, do yourself a favor and give these oral probiotics a chance! They sure did work miracles for me and even though I do wish they were a bit more affordable, it is worth paying that price for fresh breath and being able to feel comfortable around others again. Excellent product!

I did not notice any difference in anything with these, and I tried a different brand from my local drug store and I noticed differences almost right away. I have tried both for equal lengths of treatment, but the other one works better for me. That being said, they did taste pretty good! They might work for others.

I used the other brand that has a little less tablets and costs a little more. This product is so much better. I love it. I works perfectly. I couldn't figure out despite brushing, flossing, gargling what was I doing wrong? My breath would not stay fresh. I would chew gum, mints, drink more water. I was brushing and rinsing and flossing even at work duing the day, after snacks, after meals, first thing in the morning, last thing before bed and I could not figure out why my breath did not stay fresh. Then I learned, I was killing the bad AND the good bacteria. I have learned especially brushing with the high dollar flouride toothpaste I use. Now, after I brush, I chew a tasty tablet and even in the morning when I wake up, my breath is no longer bad. Of all of the thousands and thousands of dollars I have spent on Amazon, because I love everything about Amazon, this little product has been the very best thing I have ever bought. It has helped me much to not only do something healthy for my life, but also has helped my personal life. Thank you so much! If I could give you 10 stars, I would.

I'm 67, have had gum recession for the last year (despite a lifetime of brushing/flossing/rinsing)., Everything I've tried to stop/reverse it (Nature's Smile, Ora-MD, even coconut oil pulling) cause the roof of my mouth to burn [Nature's Smile did after 3 weeks], so I decided to try oral probiotics instead. Two of these pills (even chewed at bedtime) give me nausea/stomach ache lasting through the next day, and a third taken four hours after the first two gives me diarrhea. During the stomach ache, my blood pressure medication didn't work at all, gradually dropping back to normal as Great Oral Health Probiotics wore off. Since I have the rest of the bottle, I might try taking one instead of two, chewing, swishing for a few minutes, then SPIT IT OUT instead of swallowing to see if that helps the stomach upset, but I don't know if that's enough to help the gum recession. I'll also watch my blood pressure if I try this again. UPDATE: I tried chewing and spitting it out, but it still gave me bellyaches, which I'm still getting to a lesser extent off and on weeks later. Research has led me to believe my gums receded because I'm not absorbing calcium any longer (diagnosed with osteopenia).

I like it. The mouth environment feels cleaner with the probiotics.

I am embarking on a new relationship after being married and divorcing after 13 years and I was a bit nervous about morning breath when things start getting heated first thing in the morning on an adult sleepover. I bought the strawberry flavour tablet which tastes a bit soury but not unpleasant. I had one last night and one the night before and my morning breath has completely vanished in two days! I use the drops (vanilla mint) as well after brushing my teeth. I drop a bit on my finger and rub on my tongue if I feel it's needed during the day, or if I think a session is due, and voila, no dubious breath. Just loads of confidence and a new me!
