Medline ActivICE Spray Cooling Gel is a great spray for minor bone or muscle pain. I first was introduced to Medline activICE when it was given to me by a friend. It contains many homeopathic ingredients and when you spray it on, it has a very cooling effect. It’s effective for as I said, minor aches and pains. I used it for my elbows. I had a slight tendinitis on the elbows and I would sprayed on my elbows nightly. It helped relieved the soreness and allowed me to sleep better. So as I’m not a doctor, and since this is not heavy duty medication, but more homeopathic, I would recommend it to anyone having minor aches, and pains, and wants some relief.

My wife likes the convenience of the spray. I like the roll on because of the location of use. It was the better price this time with the exact ingredients as Iron Man. My wife says the Iron Man worked better.
