I bought this as a birthday gift for my grandson. When the first one arrived, it was broken and in pieces. I e-mailed the company and they assured me they would mail another one out right away. They did, and it arrived a week later. My grandson LOVE'S it! Very pleased with their customer service!

It is so expensive for something that breaks if you breath on it..assuming with the price tag, it would of been all metal. It’s not. So upset... already had to glue/screw/lasso/fabricate/call apon Satan/ rub a genie lamp/whatever... my son is so gentle with toys and the trailer hitch broke, the loader seat broke off, the actual self loader boom broke off, the hydrolics kinked. It is NOT ment to be played with. My son is so upset :( heartbroken..

I got this log truck for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. The only thing is the hitch broke off for the trailer but he still plays with it all the time. Great shipping and product.

This Logging truck was ridiculously expensive and broke within 2 hours of opening. My grandson is in the recommended age range, but, the parts are too fragile, there is maybe 10% die cast to the rest plastic. I do not recommend this truck at all for kids, maybe to sit on a shelf and look at.
