amber lights are separate? picture show its light up with the white light, but another shows it did not light up with the amber turn signal.

Hi, thank you so much for your question. No, the amber background light of this 5x7 rectangle LED headlight is not separate, it would light up together with the white arrow light as DRL(Red Wire). When you turn on the DRL, no matter you switch to amber turn signal/High beam/low beam function, this amber Background light will keep lighting up.
