This curry has become a staple in our house. It is not spicy at all, it's savory and very flavorful and makes a nice thick sauce. We like big chunks of steak, potatoes, and onions in ours and then scoop it all over steamed rice. No seasoning required on the ingredients, the sauce has all the flavor you need. Depending on how you make your rice, it takes about 30mins to prepare the whole dish. One box makes a lot, we always have leftovers for a few days after making it for dinner (just two of us). We love it so much that I make sure we never run out!

Man this is probably the best japanese curry I've ever tasted! You get so much of it to! I dont have enough good things to say about it honestly, follow the directions carefully and freaken enjoy that tasty curry! 😁

Fast shipping. "Best By" date is 10/18/2026 (a little over a year from order date). I cannot find these in local grocery stores, so I was glad to find them here. Makes an easy quick dinner, and it tastes even better the next day. It has some ingredients that I usually avoid, but I'm not having this several times a month (besides, I've tried to recreate the same taste of this from scratch, but it never turns out the same. Better to use S&B curry cubes!)

I've been eating S&B Curry for 30 years. My Japanese ex-wife introduced me to it. It was a staple then and still is now. I have recommended it to several people who love it. I get the mild, medium, or hot. It really doesn't matter to me. Although I like it with jasmine or basmati rice, I prefer Japanese rice with it. I'd like to suggest lamb if you haven't tried it already. The strong flavors of lamb hold up quite well to the curry. Japanese curry is probably my favorite dish.
