very strong colour
My hair is naturally white/blonde now from age but I felt it was a little brassy. I tried this mousse neat and it turned my hair very violet which didn't suit my colouring so I washed it out immediately. I then diluted it with 3 parts normal white mousse and got the colour I was after so for me it is very economical as I shall only need 1/4 of it each time to clear the brassy. If you want lilac hair then use it neat, it is very good.

Luv this so easy to use
Better than all the rest just comb it in after washing hair ‘DONE’ no mess used it for years tried loads of others this is n my view the best way to get silver tones 👌

Great product
This works really well but you don’t need to use much. Gets rid of brassyness and gives an icy white blonde on me - but it’s easy to overuse so beware on how much you use unless you want a purple/ greeny tinge haha

Good tone correcting mousse
I was very disappointed when John Frieda discontinued their tone correcting mousse. This one by Charles Worthington is a good substitute though it’s a lot more pigmented. Using too much gives my hair rather more of a lilac hue than I like - but if I mix it with an uncoloured mousse I get a similar effect to the old John Frieda one.

Puts the bounce in hair
Like that it leaves a slight purple tint, not too much but enough so when in sunlight it catches the colour lovely. Not permanent but subtle. Have used this for years and it compliments blonde hair nicely. I use in between salon visits. Highly recommend

It's okay
I was looking for a purple mousse that would add a deeper purple hint with my grey hair. Disappointed that the colour wasn’t stronger so will return to my previous product but was more expensive.
