Blonde Enhance with Purple Toning Shampoo, with Keratin, Purple Fig and Iris, Neutralizes Yellow Tones on Silver, Pre-Lightened and Blonde Hair, Sulfate Free, 385ml

I’ve been using this purple toning shampoo for a few washes, and the difference in my blonde shade is clear. It noticeably tones down yellow and brassy tones, leaving my hair looking cooler and fresher. The scent is pleasant without being overwhelming, and the creamy texture lathers well despite being sulfate free. The formula contains keratin, purple fig, and iris, which leave my hair softer than some other purple shampoos I’ve tried. It doesn’t feel as drying, which is a big plus if you have colour treated or pre-lightened hair. For best results, I leave it in for 2–3 minutes before rinsing. It works gradually, so you can control the toning effect depending on how long you leave it in. A good choice for maintaining a cooler blonde shade without damaging the hair.

This works fantastically on brightening my blond highlights. It is a little watery and I ended up with bit too much in my hand the first time. The 2nd time I gave the bottle a good shake before opening and it flowed a little slower. It turns the water purple and the shower tray looked like it was being swirled around in purple fluffy clouds! I love this stuff, in fact, I love all the OGX products I’ve used & have converted my hairdresser & several friends and family to them. 100% recommend this and suggest you try OGX Argon Oil conditioner or Hair Mask to complement this shampoo. I started using this combo after my last trip to my hair guru and can honestly say there’s a big difference in the brightness of the lights and the quality of the feel of the hair all over. For me this is a winning combo that’s kept my bleached locks looking like that j’ust stepped out of the salon’ wonderful for a LOT longer than normal. P.S I’ve been a ‘whatever is cheapest in the supermarket’ hair product buyer in the past & I would usually baulk at the thought of spending over £3 a bottle for sun of it. However, you most definitely get what you pay for with OGX and in these times of high cost of living, a little splurge on a bit of luxury that gives not just your hair a radiant glow, but gives you little lift inside too.

Great purple shampoo, does the job. I love the brand. Can cause dryness so use a conditioner afterwards.

Recently got blonde highlights and wanted to keep brassy tones out of my hair. The shampoo is intensely purple I’m very good at keeping the blonde looking crisp. My hairdresser advised using a sulphate free shampoo and this fits the bill perfectly. The bottle is a large size and seems to be lasting well in terms of the number of uses. The slightly odd thing for me is how thick the consistency of the shampoo is. It reminds me of slime that my kid plays with - When you squirt it out the bottle it stays attached and you have to pinch it with your fingers to separate it from the bottle. Smells nice, rubs in well and works well at cleaning hair.

Easy to use, it smoothies my greys, but left some residue on my hair, which took few washes to clear. Unfortunately too many chemicals I am allergic to, so can't use it as often as advised.

The best purple shampoo I have ever used. It does not dry your hair out like others I have used, this leaves your hair feeling lovely and soft. It works well on removing brassy tones and really gives a lovely boost to blonde hair. I tend to leave on for 3 - 4 minutes and no dreaded purple or blue tints so far! Nice subtle scent.

My wife loves this shampoo. She says it's great for hair that's been coloured and leaves her hair sillky and tangle free.

Lovely not too strong and not drying to the hair

Este champú morado me ha sorprendido para bien. Lo uso una o dos veces por semana y noto cómo neutraliza los tonos amarillentos del rubio desde el primer lavado. Deja el color más frío y uniforme, sin resecar el pelo como otros matizadores que he probado. Tiene una textura cremosa, hace buena espuma y huele muy bien (suave, nada fuerte). Además, está formulado con queratina y extracto de higo, y se nota: el pelo queda suave, con brillo y fácil de peinar después. También me gusta que tenga el pH equilibrado, lo que lo hace ideal incluso para cabellos teñidos o tratados. Muy buena opción si llevas mechas, balayage o cualquier tipo de rubio. Repetiré seguro.

Even with using it once, you can see the difference and immediate effectiveness! Smell is good and not irritating at all. Only make sure to use hair mask after that.
