I'm Very pleased with this zinc. I purchased this for better mental focus, and acne. I do believe this has helped my daughter focus better, and it has helped considerably with inflammation due to acne. However, I think it is too pricey, and I have ordered a different brand this time. I hope I'm as happy with the results.

I think these have been helping with my acne issues I was having. We will see though, my skin is typically clearer on its own in the summer time.If i remember I will check back in this winter when my skin is normally in worse shape. Weird side note is it seems to increase your semen volume to massive amounts.

The date on the bottle is the date of manufacture, not the expiration date. These are good for 3 years from that date at least. This product includes a very large dose of Zinc, around 50mg per capsule. This is probably too large a dose for everyone to take on a daily basis, but some people with low zinc are supposed to take 50mg per day, so this is the product for them. For others, you can take a capsule every other day, or even every third day, and this is a more appropriate dose for someone with good zinc levels who is just trying to prevent low zinc.

I have dry skin. I have dry eczema. I have sensitive skin. I also have a hormonal breakout and weekly blackheads. And because of the dryness my skin heals very poorly. I am african american and I keloid. Even when I get a clogged poor or a blackhead it will scab and leave a raised scar. NOT ANYMORE. I am proud to say this is my first menstrual period I have with no problems. I have been taking the zinc for about 6 weeks now and My skin looks like it did when I was a child. I am very happy.

I would take it at night before bed because they say zinc before bed is great like in a zma supplement. Maybe it's not the right form of zinc. Idk

I take this with chelated magnesium every night. Zinc is commonly known as a man's mineral, because it is highly concentrated in the prostate and is absolutely required to make Sperm, Semen and male hormones, very important in prostate gland function and may help prevent and treat prostate cancer. Another benefit of Zinc is required for protein synthesis and collagen formation. Also it helps me relax and have deep sleep.I couldn't find Orotate form in my area as I believe Orotate form is the most highly absorbable type and never buy Sulfate and Oxide as they are garbage. Happy with the purchase and will keep buy them again.

I gave this product 5 stars because it arrived promptly, and was labeled as the product I requested. The 5 star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the product, since I really have no idea whether or not the capsules actually contain zind orotate, nor can I really tell whether or not my taking these capsules has actually done anything for me one way or another.

i wish i could give it 0 stars .one of the worst Zinc supplements i have taken, no effect whatsoever. very rude customer service, it does nothing, if i were you, i would save my money and get something else. Ridiculously expensive for selling a placebo, i have tried many Zinc supplements this is the only one where i did not notice any change. i personally found Zinc by Now a lot more effective and its half the price less when compared to this garbage. Zinc orotate is the best form of this, but these guys are a scam. don't your money on this.
