This has a full spectrum of K. The other ones don't have that much. It's hard to find one like this so I'm going with this one and we shall see what happens. Anyway it makes me feel good as it seems so well thought out. I think that a lot of science goes into this one.

This was the most complete K supplement I could find. Some of the forms of K such as k8 &9 are not usually in most K supplements.
