I don't normally post reviews, but I have to say this insert fits perfectly my LV Neverfull. I originally bought one from a different company, and it was too bulky. Really happy and recommend the product!

I have been using this for over a year for my Neverfull MM, and the quality is amazing. It also makes carrying the bag more comfortable.

Bought this for a crossbody bag that was large but had a narrow strap. This bag is great but if I put a lot of items inside, I really can't use it because there's too much weight on the narrow strap and it kills my shoulder.I didn't want to buy a wide strap because I frankly don't like the look of them. I'm not tall and having a wide strap across my chest doesn't suit me. This is perfect and makes the bag so comfortable to use!

What a wonderful idea and useful product this is. The straps on my LV Neverfulls are thin and always hurt my shoulder. Now I have a matching shoulder pad that snaps on both straps together and looks great while saving my shoulder from any discomfort! I bought both the black and apricot colors and they are a perfect match to all my bag handles! The quality of the leather is excellent and I couldn't be happier!
