This is a great looking mattress, and well packaged. Can't wait for my granddaughter to see her new comfy looking bed. Only drawback I have is with the carrier, it was due to be delivered Sunday 4th January, stayed in all day no delivery. Rescheduled by carrier for delivery on Wednesday 7th January, arranged for someone else to be avaliable. Delivered Tuesday 6th January, when nobody was available. Please feed this back to the carrier

great quality and good value for money

Was a very good product but there was a damage ( lose stitches) / the replacement was going to come after Christmas and we wanted it prior to that so had to go for a different product . Getting the refund was not that hard as well I would still give it a 4 stars as I still like this one than the one we purchased later.

Good value for money.

Been using this nightly for three years. On the soft side of firm. Pro's: (1) Cheap as chips. (2) It is comfortable. Con's: (1) The springs are noisy - clunking alarmingly in places especially when you sit in it, or sit up in bed to read with weight concentrated in one spot. Fortunately for me this is not triggered when lying down or turning in my sleep. But I am only 10 st 7 lb (74 kg) - could be a problem for someone more robust. (3) surface has scuffed and bunched considerably even though I have always used a mattress topper. Overall: great budget buy and excellent if you need something short term, or for kids 2-13 longer term, I guess. Suffice to say I am now replacing and upgrading as funds permit - which they did not in 2022.

This is the most awful mattress. Very thin - when measured it's slightly more than 10cm, not the 18cm as advertised. Very uncomfortable. You can feel every single spring. There's no cushioning - or certainly very little. No support, no quality of sleep. Couldn't afford another mattress so have 2 mattress toppers - but you can still feel the springs through those!
