They are pretty good but there are better products out there but they are more expensive but i will pick food state above the chemical stuff any day of the week, i have been takeing supplements for a very long time and chemical vit are a waste of money and can cause more harm than good.

I usually go for higher end Naturelo vitamin supplements, then see this cheaper brand and thought I'd give them a whirl. What could possibly be bad about them, lol. Horrendous, opened them up and thought I was sniffing a bottle of tequila. Then 1 look at the tablets and they were glowing green, lol. I immediately requested a return and refund. Stay away from this product!

Quality Product and it works.

This is the first time trying this product, but the only issue , smell too strong like something fermented, can somebody tell me please if this is normal.. I check exp. Date and only says best before Oct 26 but didn't say what year... I tried while food vitamins before but they didn't have the strong odor
