Clean ingredients are always a plus since I try and be as holistic as possible for my kids. My toddlers used this during the summer on long pool days! They did not get burnt so it worked great, not oily, a good price for such a big bottle, and sprays on very evenly. Great purchase for outdoors without a strong smell.

I bought this sunscreen for my three kids for a beach trip, and I’m so glad I did! The spray goes on easily, doesn’t leave them sticky, and actually stays put—even with all the running, sweating, and splashing. My 4-year-old has very sensitive skin and usually reacts to sunscreens, but this one caused zero irritation. No burns, no rashes, and no complaints! I love that it’s mineral-based and trusted by pediatricians, and the added antioxidants are a great bonus. Definitely a summer staple for our family now. Highly recommend for busy parents who want something safe, effective, and easy to apply!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews or be overly critical about things. But I was really bummed about the quality of these. Our first bottle the stayer stopped working almost immediately. We got like 2 good sprays out of it and then it just stopped working. I locked and unlocked it over and over again thinking it might do the trick but it was completely useless. I figured it was a total fluke and tried the second bottle. I was able to spray it on two of my kids but by the time I got to my third the same thing happened again. I can hear the second bottle trying to spray and every so often a small amount of mist comes out of it but not enough to offer any coverage. Frustrating the same thing happened to both bottles I ordered. Definitely won’t be buying again.

We love this sunscreen! We never burn when we use it! The kids love the lizard. We also love that the top changes color in the sun. Such a great reminder that UV rays are bright and fierce! My 9yo can stay it himself and helps get sunscreen on his siblings and takes it to camp to apply to himself.

I’ve tried a lot of mineral sunscreens, and Blue Lizard is hands-down one of the best. It provides excellent protection without all the harsh chemicals — perfect for my sensitive skin and even gentle enough for my kids. No breakouts, no rashes, no weird smells. Yes, it goes on a little white at first (as most mineral sunscreens do), but it blends in well with just a little effort. The tradeoff is worth it for the peace of mind knowing I’m not putting a bunch of questionable ingredients on my skin. Bonus points for the smart bottle that changes color in UV light — a fun reminder that it’s time to reapply! It stays on well through swimming and sweating, but still washes off without scrubbing my skin raw. Highly recommend if you're looking for a no-nonsense, reef-safe, skin-friendly sunscreen that does what it promises.

Love this product! It’s easy to apply and we’ve been using it for a few years now. I’ve had only one container malfunction where the spray button is stuck and won’t spray. My only other complaint is price for its size, but overall a great quality product.

We’ll probably keep both on hand, but the spray is definitely a new favorite for busy summer days. Highly recommend both versions—Blue Lizard continues to impress us year after year.

I really like this brand and will continue to purchase from them however, I will no longer buy the spray. On three separate bottles I’ve had the spray top stop working randomly and half the product is wasted.
