I love these protein shakes. Not only are they good for you, they also taste really good and provide you with the protein you need. These are slightly pricey however for a protein shake they are on a par with other brands, great quick delivery.

This product contains a great amount of protein, but I can only give it 4 stars because I love bananas, yet this particular flavor didn't appeal to me. It tastes overly flavored and reminds me of the medicine I had as a child, which I didn't like, and it has a similar smell. I understand that taste is subjective, so this is just my personal preference. The texture is lovely, with a slight thickness, and the convenience of it being ready-made is a definite plus. I prefer it cold, but it’s compact enough to fit into a handbag.
