Like all vegan protein, it's a little grainy/chalky. But I mix it 50/50 with the equivalent peanut cereal whey protein, and it's fine.

Taste is good but typical vegan powder chalkiness

I hate smoothies and shakes (texture) but I’ve been experimenting with my ninja creami to make protein rich “ice creams”. I also eat plant based and prefer to avoid dairy as much as possible. It’s hard to find good vegan protein powders. I use ghost coconut ice cream flavor in my ninja to make “oatmeal cookie dough ice cream” and it’s reeeeally good (oat milk + almond milk, scoop of Greek yogurt, scoop of the protein powder, cake batter extract and a handful of actual oats) it really does taste like oatmeal cookie dough ice cream. It’s my favorite flavor I’ve tried so far. I don’t taste to coconut much but it’s good enough to blend in the background. Easiest way I’ve ever gotten 20g+ of protein as a life long vegetarian.

I like this product a lot, so don't get it twisted. The main concern/complaint is the freshness seals arriving open. There is no return option, so you have to try to untangle the mess that is shipping vs. distributor fault or eat the cost, order again (or in my case wait for the next subscription) and hope it arrives in tact. The seal was so open on the first one I got that it was all over the interior and exterior of the box. The second one was barely adhered to the rim and came off with a brush of the finger. For a product that is meant to ingest that can raise some red flags for safety to use. I am rolling the dice with the second one as it seemed sealed at first. But be aware this seems to have shipping issues. The product tastes great and I love the results, the only issue is freshness concerns upon arrival via shipping.

I love Ghosts vegan proteins, since I am lactose tolerante they are a good option. I’ve had most of their flavors and they are good. I was very excited for this one since I loved the chocolate cereal milk. This one has a very fake artificial peanut flavor that just throws it off a bit. That said it is still a very good protein powder and flavor could be refined but still good.
