Yes, you can squeeze this pouch gel into any smaller canister.

We have this nasty moldy smell coming out of our vents when we run the furnace making the whole house STINK can I put this in the return duct?

I would say yes. It will not hurt you. It may not get the smell out if you have a mold problem or leaking water.

Can this be filled into any glass container?

I would assume so, I do have a plastic container that I have from Kanberra that I refill using this product. by the way love the product!
