Pébéo Gold Dorer Empire-30 ml, Wax, 30 ml

Using this was soooo easy and the finish looks professional. I bought this to brighten up the plaster rose accents in my 110-year-old house and it came out fabulous. Stop me before I guild everything in my house!

I used this to fancy up some dollar tree frames for Christmas gifts. Only issue I ran into is the gold transferring onto another non-gilded frame while I was transporting them and I couldn't remove the transfer once I noticed it. May need to seal it somehow next time, probably my fault but be careful if you're going to have the object in contact with something else after it's gilded! It does have a bit of an odor also so be cautious if you've got a sensitive sniffer lol The King Gold REALLY IS a GORGEOUS GOLD! Get it if you're on the fence and once you start you'll want to Gild EVERYTHING!!

I am not a craftsy type person but I had some very old mirrors and frames that needed help. This stuff is great! You only need a tiny bit to do raised outlines. Everything looks so much nicer. The King Gold is very pretty. I did not think that there was much of a smell. I used gloves but make sure they fit tightly to your finger tips that you will use so that extra wax does not go in the wrong places. You can use as delicate or heavy a hand as you like. It is a smallish jar but you hardly need to use any so it does last. It was fun making antiques and old frames look good again.

This gliding wax put my piece of furniture over the top. This product is very pigmented and only need very little of your finger or a detail brush. I use both finger and brush. It’s dries fast too. When you don’t put too much on.

Giving it 1 star because for $21.54 I would expect a bottle with full product. Received product today and it looked like someone had already used it.
