I've bought these kind of hand towels many times from other sellers, so I already knew what to expect as far as look and feel of the hand towels. They were just as the ones I usually order. Yes, they are a little thicker and rougher than paper towels, but I rather them in my bathroom than just regular paper towels. They also last longer than paper towels. This was such a great deal, I had to jump on it. The best deal I can usually find these hand wipes for are 2 boxes for a little under $16. I was going to buy more of the 2 boxes I usually get when I saw these. The price was great, and instead of their regular price of a little over $72 for 18 boxes, I got them for a little over $61 on Cyber Monday. By ordering these in bulk, I saved so much money... and especially because I bought them on Cyber Monday, I saved even more. And I now will have enough to last me for a while too. They came packaged very neatly in a big box. Everything came in excellent condition. I can't say anything negative about my purchase of these Kleenex hand towels. For me, it was well worth it.

OK, they aren't soft, but I don't use these to wipe my face. I like leaving these sit on the kitchen table and having people grab them when they need a quick pick up or hand towel. Or, in my case a napkin, so I guess I do use them on my face. But not for long. They are set up to be pulled up from the box like kleenex and it sort of works when used as packaged. But I found they dispense better when I cut out the plastic wrap type covering they put on the "mouth" of the box. This takes me about 5 seconds with any scissors I happen to have on hand. It is a case of less is more. The big opening on the box making them come out quite nicely.

Please READ the details. I bought a box for my home/kids in 2019, and LOVED the product, so I ordered again... well, come to find out, Kleenex offers this one (which is misleading by saying "Premium Absorbency"), and the Kleenex ULTRA Soft. They look the same, but 100% not. So I can see the value in the stiff/hard option (like if making crafts or painting small projects or for mechanic shops where you use oil), but this is NOT what I wanted. I was fooled because these are the same price (maybe even more), and looks like same packaging (I am sure it might be different, but when you are confident in what you are buying, you don't inspect the details... I knew I was ordering the Kleenex hand towels). I wish I could have received a refund or returned these... I just placed another order for the Soft Absorbent ones, but it took me a while because of the price (I just bought the huge box a few months ago). Bottom line, read what you are purchasing, they are both Kleenex, and both good product if you know what you are buying... me, I needed the Ultra Soft Absorbent, I thought I was buying that... instead I bought the "Premium Absorbent" thinking it was the same thing... LOVE the Ultra Soft! I wish they would change something so people don't make this mistake... seems from the reviews, this mistake is made all of the time.I wish Amazon would bring it up to Kleenex to somehow make a distinction between the two... I wish I could get my (about) $50 from the box of hard stiff kleenex premium absorbency that I will have to give away... maybe to a local school for art class :)

We use these instead of hand towels in bathroom. So sanitary. Nice neutral design on box. These are rough. Would not use on face. Annoying that the towels don’t always stay up poking out of box. I have to dig down through the plastic cover to get them out.

These are not the soft version. Instead, you get 2x as many per box!These are perfect for in the kitchen or bathroom when you don't want germs to stay around in a hand towel. They soak up spills well enough, and they are textured to give just a bit of scrub for kitchen messes. Just what we needed. If I have fancy guests over, I swap to the softer version in a teal box, but for every day use, these are perfect and afordable.

Update two months later. Ick! I dislike the more and more. They are so rough that i dont like touching them. I cant stand to use them anymore. We go through a box so fast because we have to use more. Sometimes cheaper is not always just as good. Kleenex should be ashamed of themselves making them. normally purchase a case of the blue boxed Kleenex hand towels but the price had gone up so much I thought I would try these at a lesser price. These come in a box that is multicolored and will go better in either bathroom. However, the hand towels seem more fragile and they tear easier when dry. They are harder/rougher to the touch. When they get wet they shrink down to too-wet to help with anything. Therefore I have to use more to pick up a spill. So maybe not so much cheaper than the others afterall, if I have to use more of them to get the job done. Never again.
