Amazing!
I have been workingout for 17+ years....Hard!! Used to power lift a lot. Now I just work out like a beast. This liquid chalk is the best. Works exactly as advertised. Nothing beats ur natural grip, builds strong hands and forearms and with this product it will allow you to focus on ur form and rest assured ur hands will be locked to iron. I use about a dime/nickel size amount (less will definitely work) it’s all preference. U rub hands together to cover and let dry. I like to blow on my hands and drys in 5 seconds. Goes on milky clear and drys like regular chalk... except!!!! No mess!!! I have tested even on a black shirt. Plus no mess on the gym floors or all over. I do re apply multiple times as I am in the gym for about and hour and a half And sweat a ton.

Great product that lasts a long time
I bought this bottle back in March and just ran out this past deadlift session 5 1/2-6 months later. This stuff works great! Much cleaner than traditional chalk blocks/powdered chalk and much easier to store in my gym bag. This works especially well for places that don’t allow chalk due to the mess it creates(which is my current gyms rule). I have used powdered chalk as well and I won’t say that the liquid chalk is superior in gripping strength, but it is close enough that I did not have to drop weight due to losing grip. The plus side of this chalk is it is fast to use, and there is no clean up other than washing your hands at the end of your workout which you’d do with powdered chalk too.

Awesome stuff. My gym doesn't have an official policy for regular chalk, but you never see anyone using it, so I wanted to stay away from traditional chalk. This stuff works fantastic and is not messy at all. I wear black shorts or shirts all the time and never have a problem with this stuff coming off on my clothes. I'm a sweater, though, and do need to reapply after 5 sets of any type of pulling lift. Still, I would definitely recommend this product, and plan to buy again when my bottle runs out. That should take a while, as I only use about a nickel sized amount.

Good for lifts like rows, not for heavier barbell work
I’ve used chalk in the gym now since around 2013 for a variety of exercises: deadlifts, pull-ups, chalking the bar prior to back and front squats, presses, rows, etc. Black Widow Liquid Chalk is not as good as regular blocks of chalk, but it does certainly help with grip issues without the mess. Don’t expect it to help with a heavy deadlift or make a barbell with no center knurl more “sticky” for a front squat, but on stuff like Romanian Deadlifts, pull-ups, barbell and dumbbell rows, lat pulldowns, and seated cable rows, it works very well.

Love this stuff
This stuff is fantastic. My gym does allow chalk, but they don't have it available. I didn't want to have a block in my bag to get all smashed into powder so I started looking at liquid chalk. After going through several reviews and videos I settled on this stuff. I've used it for about a dozen workouts now and I'm very happy with it. Some folks have said it lasts the entire workout; I haven't strictly found that to be the case. If I'm doing a long session requiring dry grippy hands (say, an hour+ session of just barbell work) I've found that I MAY have to re-apply after 30-45 minutes, but that second application lasts to the end of the workout. I'll also mention that I have excessively sweaty hands, so that probably contributes to it wearing off. I know Spider Chalk makes a White Widow Extreme version specifically do deal with extra sweaty hands, so I may try that one next. Having to occasionally re-apply isn't a big deal to me though. Another reviewer said it was powdery & came off on the barbell & their clothing - I have not experienced that.

Okay in the pinch but not like real Chalk.
As the trends go, I powerllft. And as most commercial gym, actual chalk is not allowed. So I need something to keep my hands dry while lifting. I used other liquid chalk which worked well so I decide to try the Black Widow Liquid Chalk Grip. This is more liquid-y then the other chalk I used. The other one is more of gel-paste texture left a better chalk residue on my hands, (and smelled better too, but I really don't care about that). At first I used a small amount (as directed) and left with a light residue of chalk. Later I would use more to get a good amount of chalk on my hands. But I would soon have to apply more for later sets as the chalk would go more quickly then real Chalk. So if you're gym doesn't allow chalk, this is okay to use. If you ever you real chalk then you would know the difference.
