The company has great customer service. The grill arrived on time with careful delivery. They followed up on our request to return. Unfortunately this awesome grill didn’t fit our outdoor kitchen space. They were responsive and gave specific directions along the way.

DON’T BUY
When cooking the front panel and burner control knobs get so hot you cannot touch them and the igniters function only sporadically. I had the unit installed professionally. I need to know if there is a fix for this issue. Manufacturer refuses to fix!

Terrible Customer service!!!!
I purchased 2 drop in grills from this seller (had multiple people measure dimensions several times) and the grills didn’t fit in the spaces correctly. I returned the grills, which cost me $900 to ship them back to the seller. They received the grills August 15th and even after multiple follow ups with the seller here we are over a month later and I still have not received my money back. Now I have no grills and I’m out $4,700. Extremely frustrating!!
