Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream - Advanced Scar Treatment with Tripeptol, Works While You Sleep

I bought this after my breast augmentation because it was recommended by my plastic surgeon to use at night. I tried silicone strips and silicone tape first, but I was allergic to them and they caused itching and irritation. This cream has not done that at all, which was a huge relief. It works better than using nothing, and so far I’ve been using it for about a month. It’s very easy to apply, has a light scent that isn’t overwhelming, and a little goes a long way. I just rub it directly onto the scar before bed. It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly into the skin. I obviously know scar care takes time, but based on the recommendation, ease of use, and the fact that I’ve had zero allergic reaction, I’m very happy with it so far. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

This stuff is legit. I had a very deep (new) scar from a brown recluse spider bite on my eyebrow. It was deeply indented and pea-sized. I was skeptical if this would help at all. After using it for only 6 weeks, my scar is hardly visible. I'm amazed. Best of all, it's so easy to use. I just put it on at night when I'm putting on my regular facial moisturizer. It feels nice on my skin and has a very pleasant smell. I have very sensitive skin, but this hasn't caused any problems for me.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because it didn’t completely remove my scars, but it’s still a very good product. I noticed a visible improvement and my scars look much lighter than before. With consistent use, it definitely helps reduce the appearance of scars, even if it’s not a total miracle solution.

This scar cream actually does work! I had really bad scarring from angular chellitis at both corners of my mouth. I've used the cream before bed for several weeks now and the scarring has gotten a lot better! I'm so happy with it!

I’ve been using this product almost nightly for 2 months now for my acne scars and can’t believe how effective it’s been. Large, highly pigmented scars are visibly lighter and my smaller scars are practically gone! I think consistency is key but this product improves the appearance of scars better than any other creams/ treatments I’ve tried. Giving it 5 stars for how effective it is for the price HOWEVER, one downside to this product is it smells pretty bad (kinda like cat litter imo). It seems odorless coming out of the tube but, you’ll probably notice the strong smell as you rub it in. Overall, I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons here.

Did not see the quick results as everyone else mentioned. The scar was new and no changes were noted after using for 3+ weeks.

I’m going to start out with 5 stars - and will do an update in 4-8 weeks. I had Gallbladder surgery on 10/29/2025. About a week ago, I started to notice that I was having pain where my healed incision sites were. I spoke with a Physician Assist and was advised that it was likely due to Scar Tissue build up, thus the reason for this purchase. Prior to purchasing, I did do some research on if a gel, cream or oil would be better. Ultimately, it came down between the gel and cream. I decided to purchase this one because it’s an overnight cream and is supposed to work with your body as sleeping. I received the product on 12/11/2025 and did not start out as consistent as I am now (even though it’s only been a few days lol). What I have noticed since being consistent with using it at night, is that the area is not painful or tight until the morning/later in the day. I’m assuming maybe once the cream kind of wears off? Anyways - this is my opinion so far. I’ll be back in a couple weeks with updated pictures. The pictures attached are from 12/14/2025.

This stuff works great! I had surgery and has been using it since I was cleared too and my scars have healed so well. My surgeon even said that this stuff works so good.

Tengo manchas hiperpigmentadas. Me recomendaron esta crema, de entrada supee chiquita (28gr) como dice la descripción pero, para que se hagan a la idea por el tamaño. Es 2 de diciembre, y empezaré a usarlo, regresaré a decir si está si funcionó ya que he probado muchísimas y nada ha ayudado.
