I spend more then $3000 in cookware in past two years, and just bought a carbon steel wok from different brand it is too heavy. Still have few Sori yanagi cast iron pan and Iwachu brand cast iron pan, but sometimes I really need some light weight and non stick pan too, looking for a while I decided to get Sori yanagi carbon steel pan the only thing I was worried about size, I don't want too small also not too large pan, so yesterday when I received package and opened the box this is exactly what I want and wash it cooked some food right way, I love it .

The heating is very fast. So don't make a big fire at first. This is my favorite frying pan.

The non stick layer easily peeled off after a few times of use and became rustic. Very disappointting.

Six months in and this is the result
