Size Ankle Perimeter cm 0: 13-17 cm 1: 17-21 cm 2: 21-25 cm 3: 25-29 cm

The offered product and photo shows items for use with wearer's shoe. The foot wrap shown does not work with a shoe. Where is the hook tongue?

The hook tongue is under the shoe tongue however my husband does not use the hook tongue but uses the two hooks which go into the lace holes on either side
