Only less than 1/4 inch stick out into the burning cup. I called 1800 but no body answered. I managed fixing it by myself by reading parts list sheet. Tried to register the product online but their web side doesn't work. Don't know what happens next. Review: Great Product - I always wanted a wood pellet grill before, I've been looking into Traeger for a while,before I found this grill. My wife's friend had one of this at his yard, he said this bad boy has been rocking since it arrived home, so my wife highly suggest me to get this grill. Like what she said, this grill is awesome. I highly suggest YOYO Grill.

Great Product
I always wanted a wood pellet grill before, I've been looking into Traeger for a while,before I found this grill. My wife's friend had one of this at his yard, he said this bad boy has been rocking since it arrived home, so my wife highly suggest me to get this grill. Like what she said, this grill is awesome. I highly suggest YOYO Grill.
