Good coffee nice and strong

I love the coffee. I love the flavour. It’s really nice.

I'm a confirmed strength 5 coffee drinker. 4 is acceptable sometimes, 3 is for softies. There is however a fine line in the roasting - go beyond that and the bitterness and burnt flavour takes over. This has crossed the boundary. I make my coffee in an Aeropress and drink it fairly short (not quite espresso volume but way off being an Americano), and usually add the tiniest quantity - ¼tsp or even less - of sugar. Here I need to add nearly a full tsp to make it something I can drink without wincing a little. It does pack quite a punch in its caffeine content though - you can really feel the hit.

I am a little sceptical of these "highest caffeine coffees" because I never seem to have any kick from them, I have decided that it's just me. This is a very nice dark roast coffee, with a pleasant flavour, great aroma and it's very very drinkable. This works perfectly in both a cafetiere or filter machine and I will certainly be ordering more.

I've bought this and their other coffees a fair amount of times for my filter coffee machine. I love it and this is one of my favourites. This isn't espresso but it's strong coffee. I don't have time to sit and drink espresso (you don't have just the one if you do it right), so this is brilliant as it's strong enough and you can add milk without killing the taste. Overall the product is great.

Bought as a birthday treat for my partner who likes his coffee strong and rich. It came in a nice looking pouch. Good grind for filter or cafetiere, but needed a bit more grinding to put through a coffee machine in pods. Taste was rich, smooth, full bodied and strong enough to satisfy even my partner's taste buds. Happy with the purchase, would buy again.
