I am not sure in ounces, you can ask the seller. She lives in Idaho. I use it all the time for TSA liquids on domestic flights throughout the USA without any issues.

Q: Do these have a strong odor?

I've had mine a year and detect no odor. I don't remember any odor and I have a pretty sensitive nose. I love this bag. It is tall enough to fit my taller toner bottles and cleansers. I use this size and smaller ones all the time in my cosmetics kit. So far the zipper has held up with no problems. This is my favorite of the two styles.

Perfect carry-on liquids bag

This is 💯% TSA approved, I did not have any problems going through international security check with this quart-sized bag. Amazing quality. This fit all of my skincare and makeup items that I didn't want to check in my large luggage. The zipper is durable and the opening is wide for easily getting items in and out.

Very durable and useful

I have struggled to find a good, hearty bag that meets the TSAs liquids requirements. This one really fits the bill. It’s spacious and shaped in a way (slightly rectangular rather than square) that seems to better fit essentials. The zippers are tough and I don’t worry about stuffing it the the brim. I like mine so much I even ordered extras to share with friends at Christmas when we do our little gift exchange of inexpensive useful items we love. These are great!
