Does it's job - protecting the finger BUT affects playing basketball (dribbling)
It really does its job. I've been using these for a month after dislocating my pinky in a basketball injury. I also have chronically weak pinkys (both) from various sports wear & tear over 20 years of competitive play. It feels relatively comfortable and slips on easily. My 2 nitpicks (context playing basketball):1 - They slowly slip off. I find myself pulling them back down occasionally. It's never just slipped off completely. But for example when the sleeve in the correct position, I can see my pinky nail. Over time it will slip towards partially covering my pinky. That's when I pull it back down.2 - My dribbling is affected quite a bit. Because the material is slick, so I lose ball control because of lack of stickiness on my pinky and ring finger. I've been dribbling the ball off my leg or just losing the ball. My shooting seems to be fine.

Pretty good
Medium was far too tight on small hands. Large fit better. The stitching is attached to the tag, so it starts to come unraveled very easily.

It was impractical for me
I wanted to write a quick review about this even though I had to return it. I needed a finger splint that was stiff and this is not. It's basically for the purpose of holding your two fingers together and it works well and is a decent quality. It seemed to be very comfortable although I didn't wear it and returned it.

Helps, but you need to stay on top of it.
Slides off no matter what size I buy. It is easy to put on. However, over time, this slides off. There is also a seam that my fingers found annoying.

Too rigid
Not a good choice as a support. It is s too rigid for the supporting finger. Very on comfortable and caused pain for both fingers. It does more harm than good.

Good splint
Perfect for injured tendon to use "buddy finger" splint. Trying to avoid surgery.

Ease of use
I love this buddy splint. It is so much easier than taping my fingers together. I like it because I can remove it temporarily if I’m doing something that will make it dirty. I’ve washed it numerous times and it is still looking good

It hurts a lot to get it on an injured finger, despite excellent customer service
Edit to add a star given the seller's excellent customer service. Although I declined their offer of a refund given my review, their desire to make it right places them head and shoulders above many others in my experience. If you have an injury, it is going to hurt a lot to get this on. Once it has healed a bit, and you can tolerate it, it works well to immobilize. However, it is sweat-inducing. Which just adds to the insult of injury. There are better options.
