Wonderful Tool for Teaching Emotional Awareness This kids emotions mirror has been such a helpful addition to our daily routine. My child loves looking at themselves while matching their expression to the emotion shown on the mirror. It’s been a great way to help them recognize how they’re feeling and learn the words to express it. The design is colorful and engaging, and the mirror itself is lightweight but durable. It’s the perfect size for little hands. I also appreciate that it encourages conversations about feelings in a really natural way. Great for parents, teachers, or therapists working with young children. Highly recommend!

The real faces (not cartoon) make these a wonderful social emotional tool!

The kids are learning “the zones of regulation.” And the colors and feelings don’t really match well with how they are learning to express how they’re feeling with color, so this can be confusing for mine. It’s great if the child associates these colors with the feelings they are labeled, but ours associate each color differently than what is shown on each mirror color. I plan to take photos of their own facial expressions and replace the pictures on the mirror.
