My daughter is so close to getting her splits and after watching some videos on how to encourage her to finally get them solidly, I saw some girls using a band just like this one. The band is nice and thick, pink (which my daughter loves) and comfortable while still giving her the stretch she needs to finally get her splits.It was a little difficult to figure out how to get the band comfortably on her so she could really sit in the stretch for awhile but once we figured it out, she can comfortably sit while we watch tv. It's also been great to help her work on getting her needle which she needs a lot of work on.Make sure you keep feet bare while using this because socks or tights could potentially cause it to slip and potentially hurt since it is just a huge thick rubber band!

I got this to help with my flexibility for Taekwondo. As an adult, flexibility is one of the most difficult aspects of learning TKD. I haven't had this band for long, but I already see a difference. It is very effective, in spite of the funny looks I get from my cats and husband and the jokes I get from my friends who ask: "Now WHICH section of Amazon sells this?!?" Joking aside, it is an excellent product.

Trying to learn how to get into the splits again about 10years after quitting gymnastics lol. Saw lots of reviews saying it went stretchy enough, just wanted to say I’m 6 foot tall and it worked just fine

I began using this band the moment I received it. I'm 53 years old, and I'm always looking to increase my flexibility . I was never a dancer or gymnast , but I always wanted to be limber , because I feel better when I am, and this band helps me with my yoga practice . The customer service is outstanding ! I love this band so much, I may even purchase another one soon. I like to have extras on hand. Awesome band!! 😊 😁

I’m starting to try to regain my flexibility (I’m 30) because I want to pole dance for fitness. I can lay in bed and stretch while watching stupid shows. I feel the stretches deeply! Works like a charm and has excellent tension. I am 5’1”

This did not come with instructions as indicated, so we had to refer to the photos above. there is another band that is much cheaper and has instructions with a storage drawstring bag. This band is a bit more resistant but for the price, they could have thrown in some instructions and a drawstring bag. my nine year old just folds it up and leaves it on her desk, where it just unravels; gotta find a bag for it, once you cut open the plastic bag it came in, it wont fit in back in the bag
