Quality and performance you trust
I've been using K&N filters on most of my stuff without issue for years. I'll use cheapos for break-in and testing, but I always switch to a premium filter for daily use. These always fit perfectly and the bike runs great. Probably overkill, but it's cheap insurance.

Use all the time on my British bikes
Good price. I like having them delivered so I don’t have to go to a auto parts store and try to find them.

K&n excellence, like always.
If you actually love your cars (or in this case, motorcycles) and/or plan on keeping It for a while (and not simply beating on it then selling it...) than you NEED a K&n oil filter. People always buy these nice full synthetic oils for their vehicles, but skimp and buy a cheap-o oil filter, thinking they don't need a high end oil filter... But they do.This filter was obviously high quality, and easy to install. It comes with 2 little O-rings, one large and one small.Note** when you take off the old oil filter, make SURE that you see where these new rings go! In my case, on a 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250, I only found a spot for the large o-ring, never found a small one? So I just saved it for future use. I assume that this filter fits on many motorcycles, so they probably included both o-rings to accommodate those that use them. Nonetheless, I feel that this should have been stated somewhere, as it would have saved me some time.Overall, this is a very high quality filter, and I have no outstanding complaints. It's priced very well, and (frankly) gives me peace of mind about how well my bike's inner workings are being protected.

About the O-ring issues..
I have a 2003 Ninja250R, and I have never had a problem with the KN-401 o-rings. I have used this exact filter kit 3 times, and when I bought it on amazon for the first time I was worried because of the reviews. I can safely say that on the Ninja 250R (pre 2008) that this filter and O-rings fit snug and fine, never had an issue getting the o-rings in and never had a problem with them leaking.Maybe it's different for other bikes but for mine this does the job great.
