Great fit , great shoe

I have always worn Footjoy golf shoes and no disappointment with this new pair. Shoes look great, very traditional, and no gapping or bulging at bend areas, so right size and sleek fit, and no need for break-in. The collar area padding is a bit thinner in material than earlier versions I have owned. But, the outside shoe actually looks more expensive in material, and I didn't notice any loss of comfort around the ankle with less padding -- though I will see on shoe wear, i.e., if any extra padding would have been needed to not wear down. One note, I had to go up one-half size from previous Footjoy shoes. So, that was a bit odd. Normally, I take a 11.5 and took a 12 in this model, of which outside some generic whole number boot sizes, I have never worn a 12 in my life. Nonetheless, that was the size. I thought it might end up too loose. But, after several rounds no change, no ankle sock slippage, completely comfortable, and if the shoes do stretch, insole cushions will work perfectly. The only other point is that I gained about a 1/2" in height over my old worn shoes. So, it took a few holes to get used to. Overall, I am extremely pleased with these shoes, and, in fact, bought another pair of this model in black, as I like the traditional look as an alternative to the more athletic or tennis shoe looking golf shoes out there.

Great classic style.

Though I've been buying FJ golf shoes for decades, this is the first Chinese pair I've owned. I was skeptical until I played them for the first time yesterday. Comfort, traction, fit are good, but they lack suppleness. Is that a word? Would I buy them again? For the price, I probably would.

Performed as advertised. Only gave it 4 stars because haven't used them a lot. Comfortable fit, true to size. Has been waterproof so far.

I've tried other Footjoy shoes, and they just weren't as comfortable as the premiere series shoes. Not to mention how much more stylish they are. It's like walking on a pillow. The spiked shoes do not damage the wood floors and create an awesome traction around the course. The best shoe I've ever wore.

I have been a fan of footjoy until this pair! After about a half dozen rounds or so, I got this permanent indentation on the toe. It can not be straightened out. Contacted footjoy, and was given a "return code: and no service on it still. I can not recommend this pari for the money. Just bot worth it.
