The handle is too thick, for small & medium hands. Retains heat very well, equal heating, heavy weight, handle never gets hot (wood). Very large size/capacity, similar to 12-inch sauté/fry pans. I never pay more than $30 for a nonstick pan, because I know (based on experience) non-stick coatings/pans will wear-out after 2 or 3 years of heavy use (except T-fal Heatmaster & Scanpan, which are very long lasting). I am a chef, so I have a lot of experience, and I put a lot of mileage on my non-stick pans (at home). Pros: Induction capable, Stainless steel disc (in bottom) eliminates warping, Thick aluminum for equal heating, Stay cool wooden handle (not oven capable) Super “non-stick” capability (nothing sticks) Cons: Not oven capable (wooden handle) Hand wash only Non-stick coating can release toxic gasses/vapors, when over heated (above 500 degrees). Rating the non-stick capabilities (only, not durability or heat, etc) on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best): 7 - Ceramic coatings, & Scanpan, 8 - T-fal Heatmaster, 9 - Most Teflon (PTFE) pans, 10 - Great new coatings (Teflon style, etc) pans (T-fal Natura Titanium, OXO Good Grips Non-Stick) I use a little spray oil, and/or olive oil, Grapeseed oil, butter, etc… and eggs never stick. You give up a small amount of high heat capability & durability, for super “non-stick” capability. I have many non-stick sauté/fry pans, and the T-fal Heatmaster 10” is my go-to sauté/fry pan. I use it almost every morning for fried eggs & sausages, etc… Non-stick sauté/fry pans, I own (all “5 stars rated” (great) my opinion): (Listed in order of what I use the most:) T-fal Heatmaster Nonstick Fry Pan, 10”, Black (medium-heavy weight) T-fal G10490 Heatmaster Nonstick Triangle Pan, Black (medium-heavy weight) T-fal Natura Titanium Nonstick Cast Aluminum, 11”, Grey (heavy weight) (handle is too thick) OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro, 12”, Black (Hard-Anodized, not for Induction) (medium-heavy weight) Scanpan, 8” (Hard-Anodized, not for Induction) (medium-heavy weight) All-Clad Hard-Anodized Non-Stick, 10" Frying Pan (heavy weight) Martha Stewart Hard-Anodized Ceramic 10” (Hard-Anodized, not for Induction) (lighter weight)

I bought this fry pan two weeks ago and it is one of the best items in my kitchen. The pan is well built and very sturdy. The glass top is great to see the food as it is cooking, and it also fits my other stainless 12" pan. Cleaning up is a snap. After using the pan all I need to do is wipe the inside of the pan with a damp sponge towel and it is ready for the next use. Food doesn't stick at all. Clean up works best if the pan is slightly warm. I read some of the other reviews that were not satisfactory in the buyers opinion and the only thing I can see is that they didn't follow the manufacturers recommendations to "season" the pan before first use and to keep the heat lower when cooking. How can you expect a pan to work properly when you don't follow the recommendations ? I would recommend this pan to anyone who loves to cook with a non-stick pan.

Unfortunately way larger (diameter) and shallower than I anticipated, the heating part of my hob does not cover the full diameter of the pan base, probably only about 2\3. Said that, once the pan is hot all round it cook's great and cleans easily, I don't use soap or and scourers, generally only use paper towels to wipe down. If loads of food leftover on pan I rinse off with just hot water.

Heavy duty, good quality pan. Easy to clean surfaces and a lid that cuts down on fat splatters when cooking the bacon! By using metal spatulas you also cut down on the microplastics in the food or enviroment. Beware imposters that claim titanium when actually using stainless steel.
