Working very well
Bought this product just over a week ago and have started to feel the positive effects already. I was struggling to stay asleep and waking up feeling anxious with a knot in my stomach and quite weepy. I’m now sleeping much better, don’t have the anxiety on waking up and feeling more positive. Decent quality but capsules aren't full.

Helps with going to sleep. Obviously it's not a miracle cure, not managed to fully stay asleep through the night, but at least I'm falling asleep and manage to get more hours than I used to
