Great tent!
This is a HUGE tent, I was able to fit one queen and 3 twin inflatable mattresses and we still had space to fit another twin. I was shocked that no water got into the tent because it was raining really hard for two days. It’s easy to transport. Although, it didn’t come with instructions so it was a bit confusing to put up, but we were able to figure it out and afterwards it was easy to assemble and storing it.

Fantastic tent for families
This was such a great purchase for my family of 4. The tent is large enough for my 6ft husband to get inside, walk around, and sleep with plenty of room. It’s spacious enough for us to have our sleeping bags and supplies in there. The set up is incredibly simple and gets easier every time. The first time we set up camp, it was nighttime in the pouring down rain and windy, yet we were able to get it up in a 10 minute break. It held up against the wind and kept my kids warm, but it also functioned extremely well during our camping trip at the beach. Florida in June is hot, but all we had to do was open the windows to get a cross-breeze and it made the night bearable. Overall, fantastic purchase! I’m incredibly pleased.

Room for everyone
Great tent for the size. Simple construction and great quality. My 13 year old son was able the set it up with two friends. It is challenging to get it back in the bag and stored away, so I would take a star away for that.

Excellent Quality
We purchased this tent for our family of 4 plus one big dog. We were able to fit 2 queen air mattresses inside very comfortably with a large space in the middle. We could’ve fit a third queen mattress in the middle, but this is where we decided our large dog would need some space. My husband and o were able to put this tent together, along with the rain fly and stake down in about 10 mins. Setup was easy! This didn’t seem long to us, considering we didn’t really read the directions. It goes together just like our 6 person Skydome, which we absolutely loved and used consistently for 4 years. It’s also still in great condition. We just wanted more room to spread out now that we’re bringing our dog with us. Once our 12 person Skydome was set up, we noticed that our he airflow inside is excellent and the tent does not get stuffy. We really loved and enjoyed the functionality of having two large doors on each side of the tent and we liked that even when we zipped up the doors, the two large windows could be unzipped to still allow ventilation and airflow in the tent. We slept very comfortably at night. Again, we opened up the vents at the bottom of the sides of the tent and we kept the large windows unzipped (with the mesh up). There was LOTS of strong wind at night. The wind was very sting and consistent to the point the sound of rushing wind actually woke us up a few times. Our tent stayed put and so did our rainfly. I was happy to see how sturdy this tent was and how well it was holding up considering how large it is. We knew SOME rain was expected in the forecast during our stay, so when we woke up the next morning at 7am to the sound of rain, it wasn’t alarming. What was alarming was the fact that our weather app was telling us rain would stop in 45 mins or 50 minutes and then it would update and tell us rain was expected for another hour. I’m going to point out that we experienced 4 HOURS STRAIGHT of extreme rain, heavy wind conditions, and flooding outside of my tent, and only 3 palm sized puddles formed in the corners which were easily cleaned up with some extra towels on hand. I want to point out that our campsite area had LOTS of other campers (at least 9 other tents I could see right from my campsite). Every one of them got flooded out and some experienced 2 inches of standing water in their tent. Others had to throw away their tent…that’s how bad the wind and rain were for those 4 straight hours. THIS TENT withstood all of that!!! We are so happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this tent to anyone with a large family or any family who is just wanting some room to spread out. It’s spacious, very sturdy, stands up to heavy wind and rain, and the pricing on this thing…we paid $179 at the time of this review…the price point is unheard of. I could ONLY find this price on Amazon. I checked everywhere else. 10/10 recommend for pricing and quality.

Second Review - One Month in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona
The Rain Fly is pretty easy to install. It takes maybe 15 minutes. I was camping alone. I liked the fact that the securing lines were already attached and you can't really lose them. The clips secured everything in place. The one pieced of the puzzle that I have not figured out is the small canopy over the door flap. Working by myself I have gotten the tent up in 15 minutes without installing the Rain Fly. The key to successfully erecting the tent is to secure the four corner stakes after laying the tent on the ground. I have six 12" screw stakes that install/remove easily with my battery operated 1/2" impact wrench. Note: a standard 3/8" drill motor will work well. Most nights were clear without rain in the forecast. Those night I didn't use the Rain Fly. 2 nights it rained in Colorado. Winds were in the 10 to 15 mph range. The tent did fine. There were no leaks. The water rolled right off the Rain Fly. One thing I found. Taking the tent down was a longer job than the erection. Once you have struck the tent, you need to be very neat in rolling it up. I have the procedure well-practiced and can quickly get the tent in the carrying bag. The Rain Fly has defied all my attempts to store it in the bag. Most people think I am crazy to have such a large tent for one person. I just consider it to be a comfortable one-person tent with room for riding out rain storms. The design is genius. When you first put it up - the pressure required to get the ribs in place seem like the material will split. It doesn't. It is tough. The floor is tough. The zippers are substantial and work well. I saved a lot of hotel money by using this tent. Chaco Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lake City and the list goes on. Spent little time worrying about the tent, the rain and the wind. Spent a lot of time sleeping. Good tent - lot better than the two man tent I shared in the USMC.

Pop up tent collapsed! Ruined everything!
I bought this tent and only used it ONCE for a camping trip. During the trip it rained, and my tent COMPLETELY COLLAPSED and FILLED with RAIN water. I mean over 100 GALLONS of rain water was sucked out of my tent with a vacuum! All of my items in the tent got wet including my generator, clothes, grey bath towel, air mattress, sheets, blanket, and sleeping bag. Literally EVERYTHING was wet. I went to bed freezing that night! I searched for months to find the perfect tent, and I thought this was it. Little did I know that a pop up tent would be my worst mistake. The corner pole bent at one of the connections when it fell, as you can see in the picture, and the water was sitting on it. We noticed that once we lifted the tent. I was so upset I almost gave up and went home. My friends and family helped me feel better, by helping me salvage what I could and we had to sleep in the van. I thought Coleman was a good brand, but I guess not for me. Pop up tents are not the way to go. They will collapse on you while everyone else's tent around you will be standing tall. I would like a different tent, but I'm passed the return window since I bought the tent way before my camping trip. I don't know what to do. This tent is ruined and I spent hundreds only to use it once! I need a new tent! HELP.

Spacious and comfortable
This tent is very spacious and easy to set up with just my husband and I. We are able to fit an XL kennel and 2 air mattresses that are queen sizes and still be comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor ventilation, good size
First the positives - this is an affordable tent that offers a great amount of room for camping. We can easily fit four twin mattresses on the sides and still have room in the middle. This allows us to have our toddler’s potty and all of our bags easily accessible with walking room to spare. Negatives - If you camp anywhere where you NEED to have the rain fly on, there is little to no ventilation. In the hot weather, this thing heats up and since the only windows are on the doors, air flow is limited. If you can keep the rain fly off, it would have great airflow but I’ve yet to go camping in my area with no precipitation at some point during the trip. Conversely, during cold nights (40s), the amount of cold air coming in the vents (even when closed) makes sleeping uncomfortable. These very vents felt useless during hot (80s-90s) weather. I wish there were windows on the sides of the tent. It would solve many issues. The “maybes” - The zippers work well. If you get the entrance taut when staking the tent, the door opens easily. The poles are attached to the tent, which makes for easy set up. Folding up the tent is a bit of a pain though, at least in terms of getting the tent back into the bag. It’s easy to roll tight enough, but the attached pole bundles’ locations make it tedious to get it narrow enough length-wise. The bag does have a removable panel on the bottom of the tent bag to make it easier to repack. I just wish the bag was longer. We just finished our 6th time using the tent in temperatures ranging from 40-100 degrees (F) over the course of those trips. The tent is holding up well.
