Build was easy. Crystals take a while to put on I had to be patient on this part. Use gloves for that part. You can cut the chain to desired length. Looks better when you add the chain. Do t forget to order your bulbs. Let’s see how long it lasts. Crystals look like it will be a little pain to clean individually. Looks great. Add a dimmer switch it’ll elevate its look.

Little time consuming putting on crystals but hangs easy and beautiful. Worth every penny

The light looks wonderful, but be aware that the mounting is difficult for one person, and crystal installation is tedious

The product is beautiful! Took time to put together (it was easy, just time consuming because of all the crystals) I was only missing 8 little connectors for the crystals but sent an email to the one listed in the instruction manual and they are sending out the part, I get them in 8 days. This was well WORTH THE MONEY $$$ I SPENT!! I wish they would make a matching White one for and entrance way. These are just beautiful!!!!

The end product is absolutely beautiful. Putting the crystals on is time consuming though but on the other hand sort of therapeutic. Just allow yourself about 2 hours or so to install them. They do make it easy though because the tray that the crystals attach to is removable so you can hang the chandelier and then sit at a table and install the crystals. Then you just have to set the tray on the brackets and you are done. Great quality, not a cheap build by any means. Very solid construction. You sort of hold your breath at the end hoping you have enough crystals to finish the light but they do give you extras. Comes packed very well. Almost no chance of light being damaged during shipping. I would highly recommend because the light is stunning!

This chandelier is absolutely lovely but does take time to put together. It changed our dinning room into a upscale and warm setting. Just know it does take time to put it together. We would buy again.

Great price! Time consuming to attach the crystals to the fixture….could be worse with other chandeliers. I recommend using the gloves provided to avoid fingerprints on the crystals. Difficult to clean after the fixture is up.

Never having done this before, I wish I would have had instructions on how to assemble the crystals, so I hope this short video helps someone else. Here a few additional tips. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time, it can be hard on the fingers to do it all at once. Get a pair of very thin white thin gloves to avoid fingerprints when handling the crystals. Check each crystal for flaws. I had a couple with chips and bubbles. 1) Insert the clip into the top hole on the frame and bend the back down over the frame 2) Slide the crystal on the clip and bend the clip up 3) Next, tip the hanging crystal out, slide the 2nd clip into the bottom hole on the crystal, and bend it down from the backside. Bend the clip, slide it into the bottom hole on the frame and bend the clip up. If you have trouble bending them tight or your fingers get sore, use a curved needle nose tool. I also found I could access the inside curve by putting the bracket on backwards, then reversing it to the correct position to finish the outside crystals. I’m hoping it looks as stunning as the photos show.
