My foster son had a singing bowl for meditation. My 8 year old granddaughter who has anxiety and focal issues, learned to play My foster sons bowl and was delighted. She needed to concentrate to be able to make it sing. After a few days, we noticed somewhat of a calm and the ability to refocus. My foster son wanted to gift her this one so she could have one at home. When he gave it to her, she just glowed. I could not have chosen anything better for her. That said, this is not a childs toy. It is to be used for spiritual and meditation practices. It is well made, and a beautiful piece. Small enough to be used anywhere and has the most delightful tone. Listening while one knows how to make this bowl sing is an amazing experience. Thank you for having this.

Greatest Little Bowl Ever!!! Great tone and Sings Brilliant when Struck then Played with the provided mallet.. Don't let the smallness of size fool you. This is a Big Tone Generator. The key is to place it properly. Not to cradle the bowl for that'll just deaden the sound and won't let it sing. The provided ring is good only for esthetics and display not for use in therapy of sound as it doesn't allow for the the bowl to sing properly. Use a silicone ring or palm with it held flat. It's a beautiful little bowl and I use mine several times a day.. Actually plan on using it to record and loop the singing for an MP3 to listen while meditating. Gift Quality. Will definitely put in the Buy Again list for gifts for friends and family. Give it Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am sojourning away from my home and function as timekeeper for zoom sitting sessions. I needed a “gong” to begin and end our sitting sessions that sounded good, was small and light weight. This rin was perfect for my needs. A very good value for the money.

But it has a nice sound. It's tricky to get the hang of it compared to other ones, you can tell it's mass produced. But it works for the price. I believe this frequency is for the crown chakra
