Save money and create nitro cold brew at home!
I wanted to find an appliance that allowed me to create my own nitro cold brew at home, at a fraction of the cost. We all know we can go to our major coffee chain to buy coffee, but that adds up. I purchased this so I could make my own at home. I was definitely pleased and surprised by how easy it is. I took a photo of everything that comes with it - as you can see, there are cleaning brushes, ample tubing, and the parts are well made. The metal parts feel heavy and high quality, which makes me feel glad I purchased it. As I put everything together, I realized how well machined everything was - the parts just fit together so well. You'll want to order the nitro capsules separately, since they do not come with this machine. I just purchased the Whip it cartridges from Amazon. I put my own coffee into the keg, tapped the capsule, and tried it out. It tastes like the major coffee chain...only better! I'm going to save money doing this myself, but now I can add my own custom brews into the keg whenever I feel like it. I drink a lot of coffee so I will drink the entire keg in a day . If you want to save some for the second day, the nitro isn't as robust. Just something to think about. Overall, I love this thing - it also looks really nice on my kitchen counter too. And it will help me save money and not go to the big chains anymore!

Easy, Fun, Delicious! Excellent Nitro Cold Brew Kit!
I have been using my new Nitro Cold Brew system for roughly a week now. I wanted to try out some different recipes to really put this thing to the test! All I have to say is Wow! I wish I had this a long time ago. Works like a charm. Let me start with the quality. This kit is very well designed and made of stainless steel. All the parts feel sturdy and well constructed. Cleaning it is a breeze since everything comes apart. Just some dish soap, luke warm water, let it soak, and rinse. For heavier cleaning, it comes with two brushes to make sure you get all the hard to reach areas. Now let's talk about the assembly. The kit comes with a easy to read and follow instruction pamphlet. I was able to assemble it without the pamphlet with no problems. Be very careful when cutting the hose as it needs to be the right size in order to get all of the coffee from the keg. It cannot be too short or to long. Measure from the bottom side as the bottom middle protrates a little. All in all it was a quick and easy setup. Taste! Let's talk about the taste. This Nitro Cold Brew machine will not disappoint. It makes a fantastic Nitro Cold Brew and you will have fun doing so. Adding the Nitro really brings out the coffee notes and adds a nice foam texture. Make sure to get the correct N02 cartridges. I chose the Whip It brand which can be found on Amazon and they work well and are reasonably priced. This kit has changed how I drink coffee because of how easy it is to make a nitro cold brew. I was shocked on how good my coffee turned out and it saves me time and money on a trip to the coffee shop. Overall, this thing pays for itself in no time and I highly recommend it. Cheers!

It's Dope.
Just got it, so this might be a bit preemptive. So far it works very good, no leaks. The nitrogen aerates the cold brew very well & gives that cascading effect and that creamy texture. I will say be prepared to clean, and to clean a lot, because it comes dirty. It looks, or seems to have some kind of grime. Either due to long storage or as a protective coating for the metal. If you're as thorough as I was, there will be some disassembly involved, but it's pretty straight forward and the tools are provided for you. It comes with a mini wrench that allows for disassembly of the regulator. And it even comes with extra gaskets. In case you lose one or break one, not that I did. I don't know if the keg is steel or aluminum, but it feels aluminum. I could be wrong. The regulators definitely steel. So long as you make sure all the fittings are nice and tight, and there are plenty of fittings. Th regulator and the keg should not leak. I did say this review was preemptive, because I saw another review on here where it was leaking at the collar or neck of the keg. That looks like it's more of a manufacturing defect. On mine I noticed a weld on the side of the neck where there could be potential for leak, so we'll see. I'm going to go ahead and presume that so long as the keg isn't over pressurized, it shouldn't be an issue. That said there is no gauge that comes with the silver one which was the only one available. I saw another who had a black one that came with a gauge. So it'll be a guessing game, and you'll have to feel for it. How much gas is left. How much you put in. Additionally, it comes with a card claiming a 5 year warranty. Provided you register the product within 7 days. So we'll see how that goes.. Overall i'm happy with it. Edit: 04.06.2025 So I just found out ISI Nitrogen cartridges do not fit the cartridge hold. So far I've been using whipped Cream cartridges of nitrogen oxide which works fine, but I would have liked to be able to use nitrogen. So buyer beware as far as dimensions goes for cartridges. I'm certain I'll be able to find something out there. That fits and & is nitrogen. Maybe not so ironically, but the manual says to use ISI cartridges, and yet it does not fit. Still happy with the overall product.Just a little disappointed.

Wow.....
This is a great cold brew coffee maker. It came with all the O rings in place and a bag of extra once. I didn't expect that. To me the instructions/pamphlet that came with the brewer was really helpful. It gives well instructions and also well detailed information of the brewer from names of parts and how they are put together to size of O rings. Feels and looks well built. I had no leaks from the n2o cartridge when installed. This is a solid brewer. I did make my own cold coffee for 24hrs to be used with this n2o brewer and it came out great. I'm loving this n2o brewer. I'm not going back to regular hot coffee. the tast is way better. I want to find something negative but I just don't see anytime negative. solid 5 stars.

Awesome kitchen appliance
This thing is cooler than I expected, and it does a great job at making/storing the nitro cold brew. I brought it out at a small get-together and it was a huge hit. People really loved it and the nitro cold brew that we made with it. It was easy to clean, and the brushes that come with it are definitely convenient. Made me feel good to know I could really scrub out the nooks and crannies if I wanted to. It has a cover for the tap to keep from dripping if you're going to use it from your fridge (it fits perfectly in the door of mine) or if you don't plan on finishing your cold brew immediately. Each time I made it, I finished it in less than three days, but it stayed good and fresh for those three days! I used store-bought cold brew each time (I'll make my own at some point, but today is not that time). I've tried it both with and without additives (e.g. cream/milk) to the cold brew prior to adding the nitro canister. It works perfectly either way. I liked it more without the cream/milk in the pre-nitro mix, but that's just my personal preference. Also, I used iSi Professional Chargers and had no problems, in case you're also looking for N2O canisters.

Nope, This Does NOT make Nitro
Man, I really wish this unit worked like it's marketed. I really wanted a simple Nitro set-up at my house. I will say that I am spoiled as my wife works for a Cold Brew start-up, in S.E. Mass, that makes the best Cold Brew and Nitro and has a clue on making it. Now, as for the unit - I tried both, the N2o and the N2 cartridges. The N2o cartridge did produce a "head" (I'm being generous here as it was very airy and not creamy at all, like it should be), but the was no cascading, and after a day the Cold Brew (I hate to call it Nitro because it's not) had an acidic taste to it. Talking with the owner of the Cold Brew Joint, she mentioned that the N2o changes the flavor of the coffee. So I went an ordered N2 cartridges. I was excited again! Nope... The N2 didn't produce a head at all. It would cascade a bit IF you stirred it with a spoon (I bet that's how they took the pictures for the description). We filled it about 60%, shook it, let a bit of the residual oxygen out and let it sit - still nothing. The cartridges aren't able to provide the necessary 42lbs of pressure needed for Nitro. I LOVE Nitro and really wanted this to work, but for the amount of money it costs, and lack of Nitro it produced, I returned it. Oh yeah, like another commenter mentioned - the edges (keg handles and tools, etc... have not been filed down - they are sharp edges. I hope your experience is different than mine. Good Luck!

Be careful
It was delicious while it lasted. It popped from the bottom last night. My whole kitchen was a disaster. I had the glass cup in my hand and glass flew everywhere. My hands felt like like glass pieces were stuck in them and burned under water. I recommend to be careful when handling this product. Inspect it before utilizing it. I’m assuming i received a faulty keg. That would explain the little coffee puddles I would find thinking it was leaking from the spout and not the bottom.

100% Worth It
Works really really well. I’m not sure why the rating isn’t higher – it’s easy to assemble and I’d say fool proof. The coffee tastes great and I plan on experimenting with Guinness. Good value for the price, if you’re interested in making draft coffee this is the perfect product. I knew nothing about it and now I have great tasting coffee every day. My only complaint is I wish it could store more coffee. You can only put 48oz in there even though it holds 64oz. Don’t try putting more in, it looks like people in the reviews had bad experiences when they did that and that’s their own fault, not the product’s fault.
