In pictures its mat brown but when I received it it was all shiny brown like silvery brown.it should be like the pictures you know . Where is the consistency? It's like I have been deceived.it is definitely not cool guys

I ordered these as a repeat order for a pair I bought 5 years ago on Amazon. The Amazon app said ‘you purchased these before giving the exact date’ SO I just looked at the picture and checked it was the correct size and paid. (Stupid me!)Obviously I thought I was getting the same leather sandals as per my last order……However these are NOT leather, the uppers are plastic or ‘Birko-Flor’ as they mysteriously call cheap plastic and it looks very cheap and nasty and smells of plastic. They aren’t vegan though as the footbed has a suede leather surface - they are just literally a cheap version of the real thing.I am disappointed as I just wanted a replacement pair of sandals like the ones I buy roughly every 5 years.Now I’ve got to return them and try to find a ‘real pair’ - what a waste of time and resources! 😡. Even on the returns label it says Leather!!!Birkenstock …. what a sell out making cheap imitations.Amazon app … if a product has changed it shouldn’t say that it is the same as a previous purchase… that is deliberately misleading.

After days of searching I found these sandals described as shoe width 'large' when I clicked on the size I wanted and was sent to a new page, the sandals were slightly dearer but I decided to buy. The sandals arrived and they are a very snug fit. I had expected them to be too wide as my other Birkenstock's are a regular fit, so I was glad that I had ordered the wide sandals. A few days later discovered that they are in fact a 'narrow' fit. I guess I should have checked out the new page more thoroughly and I may have spotted that they were in fact a narrow fit. I think that the width should be in the drop down menu with the shoe size and not hidden in the incorrect text, they were also described as 100% leather??? I would expect this from eBay, but not Amazon.If I have noticed that I have been sent a narrow fitting sandal before I worn the sandals I would have been able to return them, now I can only hope that when my feet swell in the summer that I will still be able to wear them without them pinching my feet.

I have several pairs of Birkenstock's so I knew what I was in for. I wear a 36 in Birkies, as opposed to my usual 38 - much smaller. That size fits my foot perfectly; wraps round it and supports my arches, cups my heels and provides a non-slip jumping off point for my toes. My arthritic feet are a bit of a write-off - everything hurts and is a funny shape, but in Birkies they feel almost normal. I use Birkies as slippers all year round (with socks, to my shame), as well as sandals in summer. They're just that comfortable.This pair is very simple in design; with two straps to adjust you can fit your feet well, regardless of bunions, socks etc. The leather is flexible and doesn't rub. The colour is neutral and goes with most things. If I could afford it, I'd buy every colour! Everyone should have a pair of Birkies in their wardrobe and this is a good starter pair.

Great lightweight Birkenstock, easy to keep clean - only problem is they seem to only come in narrow fitting - which I didn't realise when I ordered them. I've like the Birkenstock style but sometimes find the cork soles slightly irritating, never had this problem at first but my last pair rubbed my big toes. I cleaned the cork base but didn't solve the problem so a friend said try these 'plastic' version. The narrow fitting makes for a slightly longer front so although they did fit across fine the extra long toe area looked odd. Returned via prime so can't comment on wear- ability but I did like the lightweight-ness of them.

I love these and already have a pair but wanted some silver ones. I bought these as I need the narrow fit as indicated by the solid footprint on the footbed. However when they came, they were not the narrow ones (outline footprint in the footbed) They’re great quality but to get the right fit, you need to be aware of the narrow or regular fit. I don’t seem to be able to get an answer as to whether they can confirm that they’ll send the narrow fit as per the image here!!
