Splat Midnight Tanzanite Complete Kit Complete Purple Hair Dye Semi-Permanent Long Lasting Vegan and Cruelty-Free

I have been using this for the past 1.5 years and I use it as a treatment for my hair + hair color! The shine and softness it provides is amazing, it has helped my hair grow faster whilst giving it a wonderful color. I have dark brown hair and I am completely against bleaching! So when I started applying it, it gave me a tint kind of effect which I was happy with. I love it because it stays on my hair for almost 40 days and even when it gently wears off, in the sun it will still have its effect! It covers the white/grey hair but since it’s not permanent it will wear off after some time. This time when I used it the color really stayed because my personal hair color has lightened up due to constant exposure to sea salt and the sun… so my hair is really really purple and I love it! It rarely stains, it only does when the hair is so wet but the beauty of it is that it easily washable not like other dyes where it really remains. I highly recommend this brand especially the one which doesn’t need bleach and doesn’t have bleach! All natural ✨

Loved this! I have naturally dark strawberry blonde VERY thick hair. I wish they would have included a brush for easier application but I just used one I already had. It is a little messy and stains immediately. Make sure you cover what you dont want dyed completely. I added vaseline to my forehead, ears and hair line and still managed to get a spot on my chin. It washed off after scrubbing for awhile, but still inconvenient. I have washed 3 times and it still looks pretty good. It has faded a bit and I believe bled a little into the non dyed hair. Great for the price. Definitely enjoyed adding some fun color to my hair. I had plenty in 1 bottle to do peekaboo underlights in a large chunk of hair. You would probably want 2 bottles if you are doing full head or have really long hair.

Love this! It surprisingly lasts for a long time. After many washes it created an ombre that I didn't anticipate and it turned out so beautiful! 10/10 would recommend

DON’T DO IT! This did NOT come out in 30 washes! Firstly, even though I was super careful, it looked like a Smurf exploded in my bathroom. There are still blue spots on the counter that no cleaner will remove. Next, it did look quite pretty for a couple of days, but then blue turned to an odd, blotchy mixture of black, blue, and purple. It did NOT improve with consecutive washes. I spent around $25 for the 2 bottles it took to color my thick, almost waist length hair. I am now at a salon spending HUNDREDS to remove this mess and correct the color, after chopping my hair to chin length to get rid of the worst of it. THREE ROUNDS of color remover, then bleach, toner, and color to make it look right. I’ve been here SIX HOURS so far. COMPLETELY INSANE. We’re calling it a “hair exorcism,” to remove the “evil blue Splat demon” from my head.
