TP-LINK TL-WA854RE 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender

Excellent product, easy to install and works a treat in my villa adding coverage to the full house where we had a lot of issues with signal previously.

very simple and easy to install with your main wifi router. it took less than 2min. good network coverage all around the corners. after fixing this range extender in my flat, now I can easily play all my divices including the Google Chrome cast attached with my 50"led. I am 100% satisfied with the product quality and also the fast delivery. Thank you amazon!!!

Very easy to setup very good for functionality

I connected this extender with a router giving an output of around 80 mb. The main router was like 7 feet away from the extender, after sync the extender gave max 20 mb which was really a waste of money to see. Won't be ordering this extender again.

We found it very good.

This does exactly what I need it for. It extends the network for a small part of the house that had no coverage. It isn't the fastest, and my apple devices state that it doesn't use the latest and best security standards, but at this price it is good enough.

Leider kann man in der Beschreibung nicht erkennen das es sich um ein 3poliger engl. Stecker passt nicht in Eurosteckdose. Meine Lieferung musste ich bei der Post abholen weil noch 3,81€ Zollgebühr zahlen musste, die auch nicht nirgendswo aufgeführt waren. Bei dem Lieferanten NIE WIEDER

I bought this because the previous set up that I was using just wasnt working well. It was a Netgear WAG102 Access Point, and it was terrible. It would drop connections, stop loading, and so on. Since my routers WiFi doesnt quite reach the bedroom, I was after another solution. I came across this and since recieving it, it works extremely well. It has the simplest setup I think any device ever has. The only downside is, however, that if you want to have custom settings, such as a different SSID (having the device "clone" your routers WiFi can be confusing for some devices) then you need to enter the configuration page, and this was sightly tricker than they let on, especially AFTER you've set the device up and linked it to your routers WiFi. If you arent connected to it, and theres no way to tell which is which since they both have the same SSID, the "tplinkrepeater.net" URL does not work. So getting onto the device means either going out of range of your router enough so that it switches connections, or finding the IP address of the repeater. I did this by logging into my main router and going to "IP Filtering" since it shows everything that is connected to it. From here, I got the repeaters address, and connecting to it was no problem using the standard 192.168 address. Beyond that, however, the device works fine and I am very happy with the purchase
