Love it for proofing my sour dough bread. Very durable, the clear container makes you see the dough rising. and it has a secure cover. You can a do the stretch and fold on it as well. No more bowls to dirtied. Bought it on a sale as it can be very pricey, but it is well worth it even if you got them on a regular price.

I got the set of three 2-quart containers. I like to make up salads for the fridge, and this size is perfect. The seal is good, they stack securely, and I can see what is inside. Nice, sturdy containers.

Thick plastic containers with measuring details embossed on the sides and a very secure lid. Not only good as storage containers but also used as brining containers for various meats before grilling! Large enough for a whole chicken!
