We had an older ionizer Tyent unit for 6 years with a five year warranty. The unit had a problem, and we had to stop using it. So we went 2 month without an ionizer, and noticed that our health wasn't as good as when we had been using the ionizer. We decided to get the new Tyent Ace unit. The Ace unit is much easier to change filters, gives more information (tells you when filter has to be changed also) and is easier to use. The newer unit has a lifetime warranty as well. We use the alkaline 1 & 2 for drinking, and the acid 2 for cleaning fruits and vegetables. We fill a sink with acid 2 and a small amount of bleach. We scrub harder skin fruits and vegetables with a vegetable brush and the softer skin ones we rub with our hands in the water and let them sit for 5 minutes. We then dry with a paper towel and put them in plastic bags that small holes have been punched with an ice pick. We even do this with lettuce. With the lettuce I made a mesh bag and put the lettuce in it and use a twisty to tie off the bag. I then spin the lettuce on the spin cycle of the washer for 5 minutes. I use paper towels in the bags for lettuce, tomatoes, and grapes to help absorb extra moisture. The lettuce lasts for 1 week and the fruits and vegetable last longer as well. It's really nice to get fruits and vegetables and use without having to stop and wash them. Potatoes I let dry overnight on a paper towel, then put them in plastic bags that I punched holes in. For sweet potatoes and zucchini I use only once a week, I wrap them in several layers of paper towels. The sweet potatoes last over 2 weeks with this method and the zucchini is fine after a week. I would recommend the Tyent Ace unit to anyone interested in a good ionizer.

These filters are THE exact filters you need for your ACE-11. I have purchased them multiple times. My only giving one star has Nothing to do with the seller or the quality. Like I said, the filters are perfect and the seller has been great. I’m only giving 4 stars because, I guess it’s my frustration over the cost. We spent Thousands I’d dollars on the Ace-11 and then we’re trapped by spending another, minimum, $260 per year ( $129 two times per year). That’s life, I guess but, it is frustrating. Anyway, these are as good of a deal as I can find, on both price and quality. I hope this helps you. Update:They come on time and are a decent Deal, especially using Amazon Prime! Enjoy!

When you install the new filters, You have to reset the filters on your Tyent. It’s simple - Look up a video on YouTube. I thought I was given dirty filters but after I reset mines, It went from 100% to 0%.

People definitely need a water purifier with all the chemicals that they put in your water. Fluoride is one chemical that shouldn't be in your water or toothpaste. You should do some research. Same with chlorine. Pretty sad when you have City water and it is ruining your dishes...just think what it is doing to you!

This is a great filter but they make serious money due to the inflated cost. Need to find an alternative.
