Decent for the price for beginners ( said from a beginners POV ). It's almost like playing the shock games or pulling the prank gum stick kind of zap. I'm not sure it feels like acupuncture in any fashion and I'm not sure if it helps anything relax without testing it further. It's neat to watch muscles twitch and feel I have something to trick my body that I'm doing something that might help. Anything higher than 3 I felt current through my arms from the fingers / hand holding the pen and the point of contact. The gel helps a lot to get an accurate zap than just a light tingle. Came with plenty of gel, but only came with ball and flat tips. The instructions were easy enough but the guide on where you can touch was so small so I looked online. It feels lower end made but its what I expected. Might be an acquired feeling though.

My Zeerkeer Acupuncture Pen 3-in-1 Electronic Acupuncture Pen for Pain Relief arrived on time as promised without any damage. I gave it 5 stars and it deserves all 5 stars. After reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical but gave it a chance and I am glad I did. The housing is plastic but the unit is excellent. I used it on my hand today. I'm impressed. It knocked out the pain and I learned based on the point, my hand was not the problem, it was a bladder infection setting up. I only used level 1. The print on the chart that is included is too small to read even with a magnifier so I downloaded an app showing the meridians. I am very happy with my purchase and think you might like this little unit as well. It would make excellent stocking stuffers for Xmas. I would purchase again to gift.

The Bad and the Ugly. Cheap plastic, DOA. Comes in a zip lock baggie with a made in China label. Total crap tried several double A batteries doesn't work. 1 star is generous! The Good? Nothing!

What are you supposed to hold the wand with? when it is on It shocks the handle as well as through the pinpoint head. Too painful to hold.

This pen actually is smaller than the normal ones that I had. Plus the tip was not smooth so I had to just throw that out and use an old larger tip from one of my other pens that broke. I don't like this brand very much. Normally I can use this on four and I get great results and I'm pain-free in a few minutes. With this pun it doesn't connect I can't feel it on for I have to go up to like 6 and then it's too high. The electricity kicks in and it's way too much. I'm sorry it's not worth the cheapness of $6.

Your whole body is used as a circuit and consequently it’s extremely uncomfortable to hold the pen whilst directing it to the affected area
