Broken Item and Huge Inconvenience
I live in the USA and ordered this door and wall hanging, but it arrived broken inside the packet. My old father had to drive to the post office to sort the issue, causing us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The product was not as advertised. Very frustrating and disappointing.
